The workers here are always friendly and nice except for the younger girl with glasses I believe she’s a shift manager she’s rude and never says excuse me. They also need to start getting more stuff in the shelves are always so empty

Just purchased two pair of reading glasses - all were misslabled with the wrong strength. Sticker on lense and paper both said 1.75 so I didn't even bother trying them on, but when I got them home the were too strong and I found the strength listed on the arm 2mm NOT 1.75. Luckily I'm only out $2 bucks but still. Notified manager and she said she'd look into.

I was suprised to find out that 1 simple item is now 25% more. Plus tax! I paid $1.37. Not only have they made their packaging much smaller over the years, but now, the Dollar Tree is now $1.37. I cant even afford to shop there anymore.Purchase a lot less, pay plenty more!I got candy canes today at 75% off. Yeah!

I'm editing my first review that I did years ago. This place has gone completely downhill. I went in there today and this rude clerk named Elaine was working the register. I was next and grabbed a marker to place behind my supplies. Elaine then proceeded to yell at me as if I'm her child not to touch it. She's very rude and inconsiderate. I then said well maybe uou should purchase more if that's all you had. You could have more customers things on the belt. She then said in a smart mouth well talk to my manager. Just because you're old and bitter don't take it out on customers. She then checked me out and rudely handed my receipt. Don't ever go through Elaine's line She is rude, old and bitter. She needs to stay retired and away from the public.

I've shopped at this location many times and I've always had excellent service sadly except for today. I was shopping around picking up many little Christmas ornaments and a few other odds and ends went up to the register waiting in line for my turn to pay. The cashier was extremely friendly to the lady in front of me and as she was ringing up her items I started putting mine up on the table. As I had been walking around the store I found an empty box on the Shelf and I used it to put all the Christmas ornaments in it since they were kind of all over my little shopping cart. I grabbed the whole box and put it up on the counter so that she could easily reach into the box and grab the individual items to ring them up. But instead of being nice about it she was rather rude and asked me why I had the Box. I explained why and thought it would be easier to put all the ornaments in the Box instead of having them all over the cart. She then said rather sarcastically that they use the empty boxes on the shelves and I shouldn't have taken it. Again I explained to her I wasn't attempting to buy the box I was just simply using it to store my items inside the cart. She never once greeted me friendly she never looked at me and when the box was empty she rudely grabbed it and put it on another register to get it out of the way to make sure that I wouldn't take it. After I made my payment she started ringing up the next customer and looked at them and greeted them with a smile and never once thanked me for shopping. It was very obvious she took affence to the fact that I used an empty box. She needs to stop being so serious about these non-issue items and learn to be more pleasant to her customers. If the management wants to know her name I have it on my receipt. I may or may not come back to this location time will tell.

Store Appearance:Clean and organizedSelection: Nice selection. Does not have absplutely amazing finds or items outside of the Dollar Tree norm, but I find the things I need and a little extra too.Customer Service: I have mixed feelings. Some staff are so great which makes the shopping experience wonderful and enjoyable. Other staff members are crabby, rude, and look like they hate life for a living. This horrible attitude has turned me off of Dollar Tree entirely and I am such a Dollar Tree kind of girl.I also noticed some older female staff show intense rudeness towards younger female shoppers unless they have children. This has made me not even want to shop in this Dollar Tree anymore even though it is so close. This is such an inconvenience for me especially since gas is astronomical rn. There has been multiple occasions where I just left without buying anything or had them void the transaction all together b/c the rudeness was too overwhelming.All I have to say is expect rudeness from some staff when you shop here. Just shop, buy your things, and do not expect customer service instead be pleasantly suprised when you recieve it lol

Okay here it goes I went today to get some balloons for my daughter's birthday and I asked the lady working if she could help me because, she coming over to help me and she told me that she's going to need to run to the bathroom if not there's going to be a a cleanup on aisle one, so how professional is that! I don't think it's that professional so as of right now I'm leaving it as a one star oh ps I ended up getting her to be my cashier and a couple of ladies were ahead of me and a costumer walks off elderly,

VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL CASHIER, ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME, (IN FRONT OF AT LEAST 4 OTHER COSTUMER'S) THAT WAS IN MY OPINION COMPLETELY HUMILIATING AND NOT AT ALL NECESSARY. JUST FOR HAVING AN UNLIT CIGARETTE IN MY HAND!!! Really, this is how you treat an avid (PAYING) costumer! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy...Nor, will I return to this location myself! That waist of a employee should be terminated immediately and marked for non rehire she is going to cost this business a lot of customers!

I needed a dozen inflated balloons for a birthday party and had 2 hours to obtain them on Oct 8, 2021, @9:00 am. I worked with a lovely lady employee and she made it happen. I arrived with balloons in tow, on time (11:00 am), to decorate several tables - the party started at 1:00pm. The party was very festive with the balloons. Thank you Dollar Tree and your great employee(s).

Love Dollar Tree, the employees are very friendly here. The only negative i could say is during the summer months here ( maybe because the snow birds leave) their stock is lacking. Some of the shelves are pretty bare.

I have never felt so unconformable/ profiled in my life. I put a rug on the ground to show someone who can't can't leave their house and was on video chat what the size and color of the rug. A lady that worked there asked me to not do that. Because of how would I feel if I got a rug and a 500 people put it on the ground before I did. Then she stated " because they are watching you" ok first off it was a rug. Not only that it made me feel very uncomfortable because now they are watching me? Really? I know they have cameras. I am not that kind of person who anyone has to watch. I do understand I work next door. I never had any issues and have always gone to them for minor things to get supplys for my job and home. but I have never felt so profiled in my life. I will never shop at the Apache junction dollar tree ever again.

It always has great items, but the cashiers are the worst I have ever seen. They almost all act like they hate their lives. One time I paid with change and the cashier just stared at me for a solid 30 seconds, sighed and then started counting. It's a dollar in dimes. It's not rocket science. I absolutely hate going in here. If it wasn't so close to my house, I would avoid it like the plague.

Dollar Tree is a bit cramped under today's Covid-19 crisis but it's impossible to provide products for a dollar without a lot of stock.They do not permit entrance without a mask but are still as friendly as they have always been and so are most of the guests.And the best part is they are always a dollar and have carried the same products for that dollar consistently for the years we have gone there which cannot be said about any other store ever.

Georganna as she rudely slammed her register and abrasively insulted a customer over covid 19 money handling stated, "I have never ever received a complaint" condescendingly.. we find that very hard to believe. Does the store manager Doug condone this behavior?

The card reader at checkout wouldnt read because cards were falling out bottom/not staying snug. The clerk said it was doing that randomly all day and that she told manager. I called manager over because I tried multiple cards and it was doing same thing. He tried to insinuate it was because I didnt have enough money. Then clerk on other register said it was happening on her register. Got no apology from him.How RUDE!
