This is the third time that I have been in this store & readily admit that this is one of the most disorganized stores that I have ever shopped at. I probably won't be returning after today. I realize that "Black Friday Frenzy" has come and now gone but what a mess this place is!

They are always closed earlier than what the posted hours says. This last time it was 8pm I'm getting ready to go inside, make eye contact with the lady at the door and she proceeds lock the damn door all while looking right at me right there through the glass. Well lady, all I have to say is you suck but thanks for the laugh! That was an ice cold move! Still makes me chuckle.

Shelves poorly stocked or just plain empty. Very disorganized or a better term this store is a hot mess. I feel terrible for folks who have no choice but to shop here.

If I could give less than a full star I would! The website and google search both say this location is open until 9 pm. Well we got there and the doors were locked and the lady in the store yelled “We’re closed!” So my husband said “online says you’re open until 9” so her response is “read the sign!” For real?!?! Ugh. Don’t go here.

Found the products I was looking for.Check out was other story.Checkout lady walk right by us waiting to check out. She proceeded to continue putting items on the shelves as we waited.She finally came over to check us out.Service gets a poor rating, one star.

Honestly never really have to bad of an experience here but I guess that is because I don’t ever go to the register but today I had only cash. And honestly the worst experience I have had let alone in front of my kids. Lady behind counter was rude multiple times ask for someone else refused multiple times asked for corporate number refuse. For my daughter who is five to say she is being disrespectful that’s bad.

Never shopped here but was welcomed readily when I asked if the older gentleman behind the counter would make change of a $100 bill for me. He warmly obliged, and for that alone I'm giving a great review. (Apparently they like the big bills, something about how it makes bank deposits easier for the store, so I stop by every time I get paid now to break up my bigger bills)... Thanks Dollar General!

My favorite place to stock up on certain items that are higher price @ the grocery stores. They also offer Digital Coupon's & Email Updates on sale items and will email a digital receipt from each shopping trip. Store is clean & well stocked every time I visit.

Careful for trick pricing. Their racks outside marked "clearance" are full priced items that they no longer carry! Clear sign said 50% off clearance items with full display boxes of items, but when i asked employee steve he refused to fix the problem. This used to be a good store to go to but not anymore.

Rudest manager ever. He has anger issues. I do not recommend going here unless you wanna feel violated by the store manager. He needs to get fired. Also, if you do happen to step in there, ask if they can give you change for a $100 bill to go buy some pizza.

Would rate full 5 if store was cleaner! Mop the floors! I understand having to stock the shelves, but clean up as you go, get rid of the boxes/crates. Staff is ok, they always seem to be short-handed so you get the attitude of tiredness, but you don’t get the grumpiness.

One star just for being a member of a very good chain. This Restaurant however was not clean, wiped tables with dirty towel, food all over the floor from entry to restroom & restroom was not anywhere near clean. And my salad was loaded with something (maybe MSG) that did not sit well with my stomach. I'll never go back.

Best place if you need to break $100 bills! Better than a bank. The manager will do it by himself in just seconds. I recommend to say that you were sent by Little Caesar's so you can receive a better service. If you need change on $100 hit this place up!

We bought out all their after Easter candy at 90% off. That's literally .35 cents for a full size hollow chocolate bunny. We cleared them out totaling $6. My fiance loves candy.

Can I give a minus stars. The manager was very rude and the young man at the check out sure didn't know what to do. I walked out in a $40+ sale, we sure do not need someone being rude when their item didn't have a price on it.went down the street to .99 cent store and they were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Altogether a terrible experience. As I walked in all 4 workers are grouped right in front of the doors blocking the pathway into the store. Then as I walked through the aisles for about a minute I noticed a pungent odor all around. And I continued to shop for 2 or so minutes and was followed by one of there workers how untrusting are they? Afterwards I asked for 2 5s back as cash back and he said I only can give you a 10 if you want change the bank is down the road.

The gentleman stocking products was helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me with a bottle from a high shelf. (Thanks). When I got to the register, I started downloading the app so I could use digital coupons. The cashier got irritated and snapped at me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get the coupons, so I ended up paying full price. No courtesy coupon, no assistance with how I could expedite receipt, just basically like "get out of here". Then, he didn't even come help me with their extremely heavy door, despite the fact I was in a manual wheelchair and it was raining. I thought that was not customer service appropriate. Just my opinion.

Went to get some last minute items for my grandchildrens Easter baskets. Pulled up at 8:26pm and the manager and an employee were locking the doors and leaving. The website says you close at 9pm. Thanks DG 😠

Warning do not shop dollar general at 725 W. Apache Trail Apache Junction,AZ. Long story short don't ask for a managers name or corporates number you will be yelled at,thrown out of the store. Just stay quiet at this store and all will be fine. The manager and an employee are very rude and will yell at you instead of talking and trying to solve a problem. There is no friendly smiling faces at this store and no customer service. Where did customer service go? I will never go to a dollar general again because of the experience I had here and will never spend another dime in these stores. Plus at this particular location they sell out dated products and store is always dirty and I'm serious none of the employees there ever have a smile or greet you anything.

Yuck. This place is a pit. Dirty and broken down. The cart I got was permanently broken. Would I ever go back? Absolutely not. I can get things cheaper at Frys or Walmart. Whoever owns this establishment must be a slum lord.

Love this store I but it's like they don't know they sell insurance. Like, everytime I ask about their insurance they stare at me blankly like they don't know what the hell I'm talking about. I try to insist yet to insist that they do but the guy at the counter just says they are deals on 2ltr Pepsi "buy two get one free" or something like that and says I'm just holding up the line with my antics. I bought some Pepsi when I realized that I was I've had too much sugar and fell asleep on my couch after leaving the store and dreamed up the whole thing.

I just happened to be in the area so I stopped because I had not shopped Dollar general in a while. I was walking through the store checking out what they had in their prices and I had some young man down every aisle following me basically he was in every aisle I was in and made me feel like I was a thief so I left. Won't be shopping there

Use to be my favorite store to go instead of always having to go to grocery store. They have stuff sitting insoles, most the time they don’t have what I want, just empty boxes sitting on shelf. Very disappointed what has happened to store.

Appeared dirty and messy along with being expensive. The other dollar stores I buy from are so much better. They wanted 3.25 for one flicker lighter whereas the others were truly 1.00 for the same thing. Will never go back.

Rudest manager I have ever seen arguing with customers saying their wrong having them walk over and check it, throwing items in bag no hi how are you nothing not even a smile. I have been in retail over 30years I know you are never supposed to do that to customers I won't be going back there.
