Supplies are a little spendy, more then going up to OK feed in Tucson but the customer service was very poor so probably won’t go back unless we are in a pinch. I went in to get birdseed. We usually spend a good amount of money on it and I would’ve expected they would appreciate that we would come there and want to keep us coming back. They had jars of bird food to show what they sold, but they didn’t have prices on them so I had to ask for the price of each one and the gentleman behind the counter looked very frustrated that I was asking what those prices were, he kept giving me the name of the food, I don’t want the name of them. I want the price of them, then when I was going to pay he was on the phone with somebody and apparently he wasn’t very happy because he threw the phone down on the counter, which was also a big turn off. When I picked up the feed in the back, the young gentleman working for him, was very decent and respectful and helpful . But if I have to deal with the gentleman behind the counter again, I would rather go up to Tucson. I have been and still am a business owner and the customer service is always top priority when dealing in sales. I also live just north of Nogales and got to say if you order anything from a chain store Nogales, it will never be like you would get it any other place in the United States and their customer service is just as bad, everybody that waits on you looks like you are, a very big inconvenience to them. We’ve learned to accept that from Nogales because the people they hire are never taught the importance of the customer service. If you are reading this and go to Nogales, don’t go to Starbucks or Chipotle and expect to get the order you’ve never had a problem getting anywhere else.

They may not have everything you need but he will price match and order whatever you do need!!! Never had a problem there! We're there at least 3-5 times a month! Anytime I've ever seen anything wrong, it has been brought to John's attention and he has more than fixed it!!! Support local!!

The guy who runs the place John is a smartass and very rude to customers especially locals. He thinks he's better than everybody in his s*** doesn't stink everything in there is way overpriced. Maybe he will eventually learn not to bite the hand that feeds them good idea not to piss off the local Ranchers. I will say one thing the two people he has helping him there those two guys are great good hard workers friendly attitude and sincere. They make up for his poor attitude

Terrible! Stopped in to check on a few things for the horses. While there I found some grain- free dog biscuits which I "was" going to purchase. While looking around the owner proceeded to discuss his financial woes with another gentleman. So this gave all the more reason to support the local businessman. Unfortunately, as I sat my dog biscuits on the counter to purchase them he was making a call. Instead of helping me he chose to speak to his insurance company about an error with some kind of insurance being canceled. So I left my would- be purchase on the counter and walked out. I then called him to explain my frustration but he chose to not answer. I'm assuming he is still on.the phone with his insurance company. We will not support this local business owner.

I purchased, what I thought were 6 hens from this place. The guys working there guaranteed me that they were female. I ended up with TWO roosters. They were not helpful at all, and laughed at me when I inquired about raising chickens and asked for advice. Now I am stuck with TWO roosters that I didn't want. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I just realized this was in my area and finally visited for some feed. Looks to me as though they have a huge selection of feed for farm and domestic pets, hardware, farm supply etc. My 50lbs bag of chicken feed was $15, that beats a ride all the way into green valley (40 miles) for me. Thank you guys!
