The service I received from the front desk staff has been top notch at every visit, and the Doctor addressed all of my questions while providing excellent care for my puppy. Bobby D. is so comfortable there and I t’s so wonderful to know we are in such good hands.

The first time I ever came to the clinic, I was having a medical emergency with my mini dachshund puppy, and they got me in quickly and were so kind and comforting. Considering it was an emergency visit, the charge was very affordable much better then I thought it was going to be!! I’ve taken my dog there for all his routine visits as well ever since, and they’ve been nothing but amazing to us! The staff is welcoming, the prices are great, and the service is great. They have taken amazing care of my dog!! I love this vet clinic!

Dr was very gentle and caring toward my dog. He's a nervous one in new situations and she was very patient and thorough with him. He was diagnosed with cancer and she helped with explaining option. I had a friend bring him in as I had to work so she talked to me via phone during exam which I think went above and beyond what she had to do. Greatly appreciate this vet, thank you

Wasilla veterinary is simply a fantastic crew from the front desk to the back crew, everyone does their job right, with great attitude and obvious care for our animals. So glad we switched a year ago, and found the perfect vet place for a crazy cat. Highly recommend!

My visit at wasilla vet is always a pleasant one, the front desk gals always cometo meet my pet, and he's happy to see them. Our doctor is one of the best in the world very knowledgeable n loving to my 18 yr old boy. I've never had such a wonderful vet visit anywhere.

I really have enjoyed bringing my little Beagle to the Wasilla Veterinary Clinic. The doctor was excellent - very knowledgable, kind and good with Charlie. And the tech and front office staff were great as well - very efficient and kind of fun to be around. Overall, we were lucky to find this place!

They lied to me twice, told me I was making an appointment to get blood drawn to make sure my pup can handle anesthesia. Then only pressured me into giving him shots for additional 75$, they didn't draw any blood. Charged me 80$ to look him over without drawing blood. Lied to me what kinda appointment I was making. First they quoted me 250 for surgery then upon my visit told me it's 500$. I waited 3 weeks and took time off to get to that appointment. I have no faith in them after that.

Got me in same day, on a Friday. Treated an irritated dude claw on 16 year old bulldog Macho. Pleasant experience all around. The Vet I saw was knowledgeable and sympathetic to my needs visiting with an elderly Bulldog. The Front desk lady even went to great lengths to run my stubborn CareCredit card, while actually talking to their customer service on my phone. Machos gone there for 16 years and he's still going pretty strong.

The whole team did great with my son’s male cat. Never had to wait longer than a couple minutes. The vet techs are top notch and the Vet was very accommodating. The prices are also very reasonable!

Wasilla Vet Clinic was there when no one else was with an exotics vet available even though they had a full day. Thank you for helping Boots, our rabbit! And it was affordable.

Dr. Bellows is a rockstar veterinarian. My 120 pound Great Pyrenees/Newfie mix has had several medical challenges throughout her 11 year life. Dr. Bellows was the first and only vet who correctly diagnosed Shila and helped me get her stabilized. Shila probably wouldn’t be here without Dr. Bellows. Thank you for being here for our family.

This post was entered last summer but I never posted it. So here it is.I was exposed to covid so called to let them know, Dr Bellows suggested curbside drop off, which was less stressful for my cat Dot…they took her in and out a back door so she didn’t have to deal with the waiting room! Quick visit, DR bellows called to talk to me while Dot was still in the exam room. Dr Bellows and her tech are kind and easy to talk with, she recommended websites for good raw feeding info as she isn’t an advocate., but respects my decision to do it. She made suggestions regarding additions to her diet.,

My pups love this place, the only thing I wasn't happy with is I brought my dog in to get his rabies vaccine and then they tell me he needs another one, so financially I wasn't ready, they should have said so when I had them on the phone, I'm not paying for yet another visit when it could have been done in one visit. I don't like giving it myself but they left me no Choice cause now I can't afford it.

I barely have words- for once! Everyone who has answered the phones has been so nice and when I got in yesterday and met Dr. Rocker (LOVE the name), she was just amazing and so was her nurse. They were very gentle with an elderly crotchety Siamese man who I adore, so that was well worth the visit! I thought I knew what was happening and luckily the Dr. didn’t tell me she disagreed so we’re just waiting on some tests to make sure, for than I’m very thankful becuz I realize that of course, I could be wrong and she could’ve tested him for everything under the sun and ran the bill way up yet the costs were very manageable. He did get tests for a couple other things but nothing that really made it cost much more. I appreciate that so very much. All around my experience was great and I highly recommend this vet!

My chihuahua got very sick all of sudden and I was looking for a place to take him to when I called Wasilla Veterinary Clinic. While I was on the phone they had a cancellation and got us in with no hesitation. They were very compassionate and helpful through the whole process. They helped us with making one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make with our dog. I want to thank them for being so sweet and caring.

We were able to get in the next day because of a cancelation. Dr Bellows was wonderful and all the staff were very nice and helpful. We're very happy with the care our pet received. We will be bringing all our pets there in the future.

The front desk staff needs some customer service training! Amber, the lead, has a tendency to be quite rude. I make sure to have a positive attitude to ensure I do not match her sh!tty energy and attitude, and each time I am disappointed. If it was once, I’d understand but EVERY time is UNACCEPTABLE! I am sad to write a negative review because Dr. Bellows is wonderful. That doesn’t make up for rude front desk staff though. Do better Wasilla Veterinary Clinic!
