I love the ease of shopping online at Walmart. The whole process is fast and I can usually find everything I'm looking for. If not they let me know about substitutions and am able to pick my order up in a couple of hours. The staff is fast and friendly. The wind was out of control on the day of my last order. They suggested I come up to the door so all of my items didn't blow away! Thanks, it helped.

This location is dirty, dingy, and not really inviting. Maybe it's because it's so busy. But the interior is lacking luster! Employees work hard, I understand, but their vests are dirty, unappealing, and look unkept. There were a few younger folks on my last visit that looked like they just rolled outta bed.Wasilla needs a face-lift and some go get'm spirit building!

I went to this Walmart and this very handsome, polite, and efficient employee helped me. It’s very hard for me to read and walk sense I’m 90. But this young man was the best i honestly might go back just to chat to the young fella. I truly do believe this kid will go far in life and I wish him the best.Please if management sees this congratulate this young man. Thank you Josiah I hope you read this and get the recognition you deserve.

Some workers are rude and not very knowledgeable about anything in the store. Everything has been moved. Can t find anything anymore. So called managers want to argue with you about anything they can think of to argue about. Store has been going down hill for awhile. When their this morning and first doors were open it was 0559. They told me to get out of the store it wasn t open yet. Asked if I could stay just inside of the first doors for one minute since it was windy and snowing. I was told again to get out. Mind you this is one minute until they open. I m 72 years old. I m done with Walmart. I spend about 1000.00 a month with food and everything. My money will be going to meters and Carrs from now on, I will never set food in Walmart again

Calling to fix an online order for delivery was like pulling teeth for the lady I talked to at customer service! I had to ask to speak with her supervisor, and then at that point she apparently forgot to get her supervisor and answered the phone to me, and acted as though she didn't know I was on hold waiting. Finally, with major pushing she connected me with a different department. That was the incorrect department too. Although they were at least knowledgeable enough to give me a phone number to call to try and get my issue fixed. The man in that department did fix my issue that day. However, Wasilla Walmart customer service clerks could definitely use some knowledge AND manners and coaching on just how to speak with their customers!

I was in walmart today to get a refund on a money order I had purchased and the so called manager in the customer service department today basically told me that there was nothing I can do and that I may as well just cut my losses. It was a $165.25 money order and she didn't have any sympathy or compassion to even tell me to call western union to get a refund. That woman should lose her job for the way she treated me it was totally out of line and heartless especially given the time of year this is.

This Walmart is nice, fairly clean. They are resetting the store so things changed location. I noticed empty shelves a couple times, but they are refilling fairly quickly.

I don't like how random things are locked up. Trying to get someone to come help you takes forever. Half the time i just give up and leave the store without purchasing what i went in for....I wonder how much they're saving money vs. losing money by locking everything up.

Yesterday in the Wasilla,AK store a young woman named Carly helped us & she was awesome! We also heard her helping other people and she knows her stuff& everyone seemed happy with her. I give her 5 stars!! ☆☆☆☆☆

It's just like any other Walmart; you walk in and feel all the life being sucked from your very soul, and you can never find an employee when you can't find where they moved something. Unfortunately, they always have what I need when I can't get it at Fred Meyer, I am always in and out quickly. They are forever rearranging, it seems, when I do make my rare trip here.

They were out of stock for what I was shopping for, an at&t prepaid sim card kit. So I ended up paying 10 more. And I had to wait 15min at the register for someone to help me. There were employees all over the department, but they were either on the phone or helping other customers.

Use to be a good store but has gone down hill. I have witnessed the employees that push carts to shop for others almost run over people, take last item when a grocery shopper is about to get it, no manners, block aisles and when you say excuse me they huff and act like we bother them. I strongly believe that Walmart needs to remind their employees of customers service edicate and we that still physically shop at the store deserve not to get ran over, not hit by them too.

I called customer service to ask them to check if an item that was in stock online was actually in the store before I drove an hour to buy it. They told me that they couldn’t go look because they were too busy. They told me to call the pharmacy and ask them to go look for me, even though it wasn’t a pharmacy item. The pharmacy laughed at me because they are pharmacists and not customer service agents and told me checking for an item is not their job.Bonkers. Two stars because randomly they will have fun houseplants or large bags of birdseed for cheaper than other stores.

Walmart pharmacy lost 4 hand-written and delivered prescriptions. Then, they would not fill per physician orders. I would suggest looking for a different pharmacy. Rating less than 1 stars.

The secret shoppers harass you to the point you think u have a stocker. They make you feel really uncomfortable and your not even doing anything wrong. There so busy following you the people who are stealing are getting away. They judge you apon how you dress or look so if your less fortunate they think ur stealing.

[DISCLAIMER: THIS IS SOLELY THE OPINION OF THE AUTHOR AND ANYONE WHO GETS THEIR LITTLE FEELERS HURT SHOULD MOOOVE ONNNN! GO RAIDERS!!] Rating 4/5 theres always room for improvement, am I right?!!? Regardless, I was genuinely impressed by their smorgasbord of ice cream cakes & vast flavor variety; even if ICC's aren't your jam, you'll probably cast those aforementioned feelings aside. PLUS, if you can't afford (or are just morally against) paying ~$40 for ONE smaller-medium sized, albeit delicious, ICC....they've got SINGLE servings!!! Lastly, I'm almost positive their chocolate chip muffins are infused with some kind of sodium bicarb cocktail, or advertising has brainwashed me & it's just a non-narcotic placebo. Lab results ARE pending, unfortunately until then... can't stop, WON'T stop, chain scarfing these freaking muffins!!!!! #SORRYNOTSORRY

Wasilla Walmart has always been a bit of a gamble. You either have great service or very subpar.WW has recently been changing things up within the store as walmart stores across the country are doing, and though I don't care for the short-term issue of not knowing where they moved the ballpoint pens too, I must say I like the new sense of organization they are bringing in so far.Tip to Walmart: I don't want to scan my own groceries, bring back jobs, and customer service at the register. Other than the overbearing amount of self checkouts, great experience.

Remember it's price that's the winner here-now let's work on the quality of the product pls. The shoes n cloths need to be better products- cheap is what you get here & it's not the price cheap I'm addressing, it's the products. They don't last long & they fall apart as soon as you wear them.

Dirty crowded place. The meats that we have gotten have been terrible. Cheap prices on things like clothing, automotive oil and TVs. Had a horrible experience with the pharmacy.

Have to give a shout out to Cleo who works the register by cosmetics. I’ve asked her on two separate occasions where an item was located, not only has she helped me but she took it upon herself to take me to the item itself. Saved me time hunting and appreciated how pleasant and helpful she has been.

So, my 7 y/o daughter grabs the box of cereal and tosses it in the cart. I look and it's a Lucky Charms box with a Free Toy inside, ugh but ok...... EXCEPT for it being already torn open and then taped like me trying to get a box out to the village. Took it to a "Team Lead" and was just told "Yeah, we sell that". I know I live in a small town in Alaska, but.....Come on man!
