Three Bears, KGB, is four miles from my house. Can you say convenience? It is clear Three Bears has an agreement with Costco keeping it out of the Mat-Su Valley by carrying many Kirkland products. Prices tend to be inflated compared with Costco. On the other hand, if one does not have a Costco membership or need to do a major re-stock shop, Three Bears is a great alternative. Also noteworthy, Three Bears appears to be strategically located outside Wasilla city limits. Therefore, no sales tax. Selection is quite good. Employees are always helpful. The butchers are especially helpful. Good selection of meat. Recommend.

This is the place to go for items that are hard to find and they have a wide assortment of items. Hard/cold food prepared to go, drinks Alcohol/non-alcohol, groceries to include large items, fresh produce, fruit and meat, OTC meds, guns, sporting goods, animal feeds, toys and gifts, clothing outdoor gear/wear, trapping, hunting and fishing gear, generators and UTV/ATV equipment. I know I can’t remember everything but this is a smaller version of the “Big Box Store” and have many items you would find in Costco. Vehicle fuels and Propane. Garden and canning products, a Deli.They are an excellent place to shop and have friendly and helpful staff. I recommend them highly. Ample parking

Can’t praise this pharmacy enough! I made the switch from a local one a few years ago and I will never look back. Three Bears pharmacy is fast, efficient, and friendly. Love that they have a texting system to let you know when your meds are ready.So if you’re on Knik Goose Bay, i recommend you make the switch too. You won’t regret it!

. Prices are way too high especially the fruit. I mean come on half of cantaloupe is 8.99? Ridiculous. Also the Deli has gone way down hill there is never any chicken salad. It’s so empty now…. The fast food is always cold….The chicken looks like it’s not cooked all the way. Eggs Rolls are hard and cold. Stockers are still in the way which is not good..Better to go early in the morning. We use to live the chicken Tacos that come with the works but the taste has changed to bad and they ruined the white sauce by changing it completely . The taste is not good. Should of let that be.

Three Bears is where i normally shop for my groceries. I prefer to shop locally if possible. Store is always clean and employees are always kind and helpful. Prices are a little on the higher side but not by too much!

I always have a really good experience when I shop here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is more than anyone could ever need. I get off work later in the evening, they are open late enough that I don't have to rush if I come in when I get off work.

They don’t care about the customer. Some of the food products are spoiled when you purchase them. and their prices have been increasing faster then any other grocery store for over 4 years.(Basically a general three bears)

I purchased a defective set of scope rings from here and this store refused to allow a refund due to missing the paper label. Receipt was in hand with all hardware and it was less than 72 hours since purchase. Defect was confirmed and they still refused to refund me. Not very cash money of them at all.. huge was of my time and money.

Great location, great prices..But the aisles are always stuffed full of extra pallets they take their time to unload (including milk and eggs that were warm to the touch when I passed by). They have the big carts, but they either have pallets or extra random shelving in the way and you can barely get through to aisles when its busy. I'm not sure why they want to unload pallets during 5pm rush but its awful. Hunting section is okay and food produce is hit and miss.

Three Bears seems a bit pricey. We only come here when we need something and don't want to go all the way into town. It's not a bad store. Aways clean and staff are friendly.

Everything that I buy at Three Bears off KGB is always fresh and the customer service is always great. The only complaint I have about this location is the backpack rule. Throughout the summer time I ride my motorcycle a lot and therefore if I want to stop at the store I have to have a backpack with me and I don't feel like leaving my backpack on the motorcycle to where somebody come walk off with it yet they complain about it being taken into the store. in a way I do understand the backpack rule because they don't want people stealing products and putting it in their backpacks but it needs to have some type of leniency even if it's me leaving my backpack up front with them or them checking my backpack before I leave I would just like to be able to ride my motorcycle and stop by the store at the same time.

Some of the employees are nice, some are bitchy and that is both grocery and liquor store. You have to watch dates because they are not good at rotating and you will end up buying a close date or outdated item. Really, the only reason I shop them is that they are 3 minutes from my house. Totally for convenience only and only when I really have to.

The inventory manager needs to keep up stock. That's about it, oh and not really a huge selection due to "wearhouse/ wholesale prices" also if an item is discontinued in your inventory find the price knock some money off and call it good, your a manager. If it's discontinued don't you think you night want to try and sell it. Now if it's recalled I understand but discontinued item with no price In your system sell it to make your LOYAL customers happy. K that's all other then that I like the store and staff.just keep up on Inventory. Thank you there bears.

I shop at 3 bears on a regular basis, I got there 10 minutes to 9 on Sunday, with hours being so odd I checked hours on the google, and it stated they were open till 10pm. When I drive up an older male employee came to my vehicle and stated they closed at 9pm not 10, I said, ok all I need to get is one thing and I can pay with card and it's still 10 minutes before closing. He continued to yell at me saying they were closed (despite it not being 9pm yet). I'm not trying to be a Karen here but the situation could have been met with better manners rather that this man who was obviously on a power trip. Maybe state you actually close at 8:50 instead of 9 and update your hours. This emplyee deserves 1 star the rest of the employees do not.

Over crowded. Hard to get in store with cart. Registers are to close to doors making it very hard to get in while people are trying to exit. Large carts with small spaces. I had to keep moving out of the way. Could not stop to look at anything, to many people in same space.

Jerky sticks are moldy, bread is moldy, meat and as well as cups of noodles. They need to keep better track of their products.

Three Bears sells Costco products. It is a little over priced. However, if you need something quick and don't feel like traveling to Anchorage (especially on a Saturday). Then look no further than Three Bears they will have what your looking for.

Place has gone down hill, especially in the area of "customer service "!!!!! I understand the mask thing when your working with the public but speak up when your talking so you can be heard. Idk about you but its hard for me to understand or hear people through them. And of course there's NO eye contact. Then they've implemented new "rules", like the rest of America, without informing the customers. How am I supposed to know "not to place my items " on the belt until "all of the person in front of you has had ALL of theirs taken off of said belt. Maybe you should ,oh idk post a sign for your customers if this is how you wish it to be. And MAYBE you should inform your snooty cashiers that most people aren't mind readers nor do they appreciate being reprimanded for doing something they had no idea was against store policies now, in front of other people like your a child or something!!! Needles to say I informed her to keep what I had intended to purchase but I really wanted to tell her where she could stick it!!! Just saying!!!

I don't shop here all too much. Prices are a bit high. If your on a budget I'm not too sure this is the spot to shop. They do however have stores all around town so its pretty convenient and they have always been nice & given great help & answers when needed.

Three Bears KGB has a suggestion box where you can ask them to carry specific items, and they have gotten them in stock! Excellent customer service and they sell feed and bedding for chickens, rabbits, and horses. You can also find unique items here.
