My mother's older male little dog was brought in for a bath and nail trim appointment. He has been here before and she was happy with the process and results. However, they were either overbooked or understaffed this time. We actually took a nap out in the car while they got caught up enough to get to him. The store itself was poorly stocked and difficult to maneuver through as there was stock blocking most of the aisles.Staff was friendly and helpful.
