Great experience. They were friendly, professional, and careful working around bigger/heavier furniture that couldn’t be moved. Carpets were cleaned quickly and with their process, they also dried very quickly. I don’t have a lot of carpet and what I do have is in areas that are rarely used, however, I would definitely use them again!

Best service ever! It makes me want to get, and I will my carpets and upholstery done every year. They are so detailed and professional, or others, or not, and areas. And it dried so quickly with no smell. This is my third cleaning a specific carpet that my dog decided to barf on after it got cleaned just recently because he couldn’t find all the hardwood or tile lol. Fantastic work! Benjamin always does such a good job. It looks wonderful and I’m very please, plus he’s a very pleasant man to work with.What I don’t understand is how the price could increase by more than double. I think I’ve been paying $80 each time. Maybe I’m wrong. But this time I was charged $184.40. I live on Social Security and that kind of expense doesn’t work. I am giving Heavens Best a two star rate because I felt the customer service I received was good. The technician was friendly and the receptionist was polite when we spoke. That’s where Heavens Best shined! But there is issues with the type of carpet cleaning equipment they use, or possibly a lack of proper training. We recently just purchased a new home, and accepted the carpets as is. I admit the stains on the carpet in a few spots were horrible. However the cat hair left behind after I payed top dollar for the service was a deal breaker for me. I called and spoke with the receptionist at Heavens Best and she offered to have a tech come back to the home again. However I felt that would just be a waste of time as I mentioned before I truly think the issue is the equipment they are using. Honestly I think I could go rent a carpet cleaner from the store and get the same results as I got from this companies service. Long story short I ended up calling James Bond Carpet Cleaners, and they were able to get out and surpass my expectations the very next day. Not only did they get all that pesky pet hair out of the carpet, the got out all the stains as well! Did I mention that they were over a hundred dollars less expensive!
