Ordered the glass and it came in exactly when I was told and then Justen and Tim were out the next day to install. Both of these gentlemen were professional and courteous. They did a great job and I couldn’t be happier with my new clear windows!

Incredibly nice staff, and extremely fast high quality work! They worked with my insurance company to get everything done behind the scenes. Then when I went to bring in my Jeep to get the windshield replaced they were done with it the whole day ahead of schedule, I was only without my vehicle for 2 hours It was incredible! These guys are amazing, they got my work van windshield delivered and installed the day after I called, they had it done and ready for pickup in 2 hours after drop off, exactly when they said it would be ready for pickup! I brought them a really tough job! After an unfortunate encounter with a moose, I really didn't think it was possible to replace the windshield without some pretty decent body work. I brought my wood stove door into the shop to se if I could have it repaired. The team immediately knew what I needed and they installed not only had the glass in stock they removed the old and installed the new while I was getting a quote for my car windshield. Great service! Oh my gosh where do I begin. When I first called I was greeted with some of the best customer service I have ever seen by Tim at the front desk (even though I kept accidentally calling him Joseph) he walked me through some common information and got me a quote lightning fast. And shout out to the tech Jason he did an amazing job replacing my windshield in an extremely timely manner while being busy. If I could rate 6 stars I would, they have my business for life.

I had a broken pane in my large 3 piece living room window. All other companies said they had to tear out the whole window to fix it, which was not cheap. Justen came out to inspect it and installed a new window pane in under 2 weeks. Absolutely lifesaver of a company and super professional.

Great service. Shopped around for a windshield replacement on our Chevy Traverse. Glass Doctor of Mat-Su was by far the best choice. They quoted a price that was $200 LESS than any other company in Anchorage or Eagle River. Couple the price savings with a one year replacement warranty if it gets cracked as well as FREE chip repairs on that new windshield.If you don't mind driving to Wasilla to save a lot of money - don't bother looking anywhere else other than Glass Doctor of Mat-Su.

My kids window got broken and with winter approaching, I needed it fixed very quickly. I contacted glass doctor and spoke with Sabrina, who scheduled me for a free quote and measurement. Justin and Brice came out and I got the quote within hours. I ordered the glass and was called back within a few days for install. The team came out and I was surprised how fast they were! The overall experience was very good, friendly staff, my only concern was that the replacement panel was double pane not like the original… triple pane… a slight oversight by the tech on initial assessment… the replacement is far better than what was there!Hey Folks! Round 2: just had a windshield replaced on my ‘21 Silverado, with upgraded tint package, on time, clean job and the price was a show stopper! Way less expensive than brand “S” with the same warranty! These guys came over when I called to have 1 window unit that had fogged up.They came when they said the would.They measured.They emailed me a quote like they said they would.The price good.They just came over and replaced the glass just like they said they would.It is amazing what that window looks like without the "fog".I should have had this fixed many years ago.At that point,nobody I called ever came over to check things out.....Like they said they would.I am very glad that Google help find the Glass Doctor.
