Word to the wise.........bought a bag of cereal (cinnamon toast crunch )from the Wasilla Fred Meyer store. Bag indicated 32 oz bag and contents weighed out at 15.7 oz. This is the world we live in with grocery stores now. Be cautious.

Grocery pickup service is lacking and the manager REBECCA is stand offish and no help. I had an order with children's NyQuil and Dayquil since my kids were sick. This requires an I.D, which I pulled out to show the employee when he asked for it. He accidentally pressed on his tablet that I didn't have my I.D and apologized that he cannot reverse HIS MISTAKE. Instead of speaking with his manager to resolve the issue, he pulls it from the bag and tells me that he can't give it to me now. Thanks for nothing. As a single dad with no other option, I guess I'll drag my sick kids through the grocery store to infect everyone.

Probably spend thousands of dollars a year at this store but will no longer be shopping with them. They allow people to walk out of the store constantly without paying but throw a fit at the liquor store if your ID has a little crack in it. The customer service has gone to complete trash at this store while the prices just keep going up. ✌️

Everything was easy to find and the layout of the store was simple to navigate. Additionally the courteous and professional staff were quick to answer questions and checkout was FAST despite the store being incredibly well populated at the time.

I find a lot of food goods here that I can not find at the other stores here in Alaska. At least 8 different types of canned goods that I like to use when trying to cook spanish dishes alone. The prices are reasonable, and the products are of pretty good quality 👌 I do recommend this Wasilla based Fred Meyer. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Enjoy your shoppingA.S.

Good prices for the most part. Once a month they have really great meat sales. Floor layout drives me batty though. But my main complaint is the zoom zooms. Half the time they show a full charge and die within 15 minutes. I have had to call staff via my phone through the customer desk asking for help due to the electric shopping carts dieing mid shopping to bring me another one. The carts are in desperate need of service and they need more of them. My husband also hurt his wrist 1 day after going in to see if they had a certain TV. They did not. On his way out the door despite nothing in his cart the wheels locked up. Apparently this is a standard feature. If someone tries to walk out through the doors with an empty cart it will lock the wheels so security can check it out. Not technically a problem but when it's causing injuries there's an issue. So over great but loses a star for each separate issue.

I like this grocery store but I just feel overwhelmed with all the stores surrounding it. There is just so much going on and I get easily sidetracked with all the other merchandise nearby. If you are in a rush and just want a few things, better off going to CARRS or Walmart. This place can easily suck 1.5 hours of your time perusing the aisle. Other than that, their produce is good quality. Do not come here on Fridays, Holidays or weekends. It gets pretty busy.

They have most of what you need for meals but never everything. Fred myer produce goes bad really fast, it's stupid expensive for most things unless there's a sale and it's always so crowded in the store you can't help but have a panic attack every time you enter. The palmer location isn't this way so it's just a problem on this store.

Order and delivery people are failing. I order things that are always there and due to lazy kids working there they just say not available. I went in and the items are not out. When I mentioned it to the manager she was defensive and rude. She spoke over me. You should train your employees about honesty and customer service. The target across the street will be happy to get people's business. And your managers are pathetic. Do better!

It's a shame I can't give negative stars, open my hotdog bun packages that I bought yesterday for the Super Bowl, moldy hot dog buns, and I paid extra for the Keto buns. Rude staff, prices too high, I think I will not shop in your store any more

Great selection, but travelers beware. They really screw you if you are from out of the area. All those great prices and deals - only if you have a FM rewards card. There is no FM or Kroger where we live, so we ended up paying about $30 more than expected. Weren’t even given the option to sign up for one.

Diane at the deli counter is extremely lacking in customer service skills! She was rude and ignored my husband and myself while going on to help another customer like we wasn’t even standing there! Finally someone else helped us. They need to issue numbers to be sure everyone gets their turn fairly! What a disappointment. I usually love Fred Myers. Hoping they get this lady out of that department and put her in the back away from people!

It's a very good supermarket, full of things, all kinds of discounts on the weekend.Although the price is a little expensive, you can buy almost everything you need.There's also a small starbucks, a pharmacy, and a bank.But when I went here yesterday, I couldn't get many things.

This is like a Super Krogers but even more. Half way up from Wal-Mart and a Target. Has furniture like Big lots, and electronics Luke walmart.

I bought there ham . It was lab grown and it had no taste and get this my dogs would not eat it . Now I bought 80% hamburger ,two weeks later it is not brown , it does not smell and sticks to your hand when you make pattys . Like tears away . Its lab grown and I am disgusted with this store . This meat in picture is two weeks old in the refrigerator ?????

Clean with wide aisles and friendly staff. Bring your own bags. All they offer is paper. The selection is good but finding what you need can be frustrating. Clothes and home decor are also sold on each side. Food is on the other. Electronics are up front. The food aisles are divided in the middle by an aisle that goes across the width of the store. Different product categories are on each end of the aisle signs. I was pretty confused on my couple of trips. I enjoyed shopping there relatively well after I got used to the layout.

Nice friendly customer service, but I rather have someone else to ring up my groceries, instead of someone standing there watching me work and waiting for me to find the grocery bags and miss customer service and to be able to not stress over holding up the line paying customer's doing customer service and how about word of mouth about customer being satisfied with that company customer's experience with customer service, caring about their customers and customer service comes first word of mouth goes around best advertising is by word of mouth and just because everyone else is doing it doesn't mean you have too. And we could use some security for it's kinda hard getting to the car without having a men asking for money as soon as I walk out of the store all the way to the car; and then when I am sitting in the car; I have seen this happening time after time just wanted to say something about it and I love the store but because you asked and if it helps keeping your company customer's safe and comfortable doing business with your company business there, most importantly the security especially during the winter

Rotisserie chicken n fresh made daily sandwiches are my go to here at Freddie's. I also enjoy collecting to gas rewards from my purchases. It's like get discounts for eating good food. Try the lemon pepper chicken- my fav.
