The pharmacy staff member was very rude. I'll probably switch pharmacies because the last few experiences I've had here. I've been a customer for many years and I've never had such an awkward visit to the pharmacy. It's very irritating that poor attitudes are welcome to work in customer service roles.

Cancelled items that were paid for (basically half our order but they did reimburse for those items) implying they were out of the stuff yet when we called the manager, Nathan let’s us they do have & thanks for letting him know their staff is messing up. We can waste our time and gas going back up there to “shop” and get it ourselves but it’s not worth it after all we went thru for a $200 order that became only $100 so we need all our holiday groceries still and will be going back elsewhere somewhere else!

I had a negative experience with the store manager Terry over a minor pricing dispute. A store this expensive should be all about customer service, but you don't get treated like a valued customer. The parking lot is problematic and I've witnessed multiple fender benders due to the poor layout of the parking lot. I recommend going to this store for their loss leader prices like $5 Friday, but doing most of your shopping at other stores where loyalty is valued and the pricing is more reasonable.

The prices are higher here in methville and the goods stuff goes quickly so if you see someone stealing an entire cart of things, call them out.Produce isn't bad,deli is far superior to both valley Fred Meyer stores and Palmer Carrs (worst) and bakery items are either fresh or all gone.If you value your vehicle, leave someone in it to guard it.

Carrs was fair today, as we had a new cashier who struggled to know how to ring items that were reduced or had coupons, but after waiting 10 minutes for a manager to help, everything turned out well. Glad to see training in process.

I have been a Carrs Wasilla customer since 1990. A lot has changed in the Mat-Su Valley over all that time. Just look at the traffic, as well as grocery options.Generally, I will say that grocery shopping at the Carrs Wasilla is on the expensive side, unless you happen to catch items on sale.That said, I think the best value at Carrs Wasilla is their Chinese take-out from the deli department. Now, I have had Chinese food in Hong Kong, Chinatown in San Francisco, and elsewhere. If you are expecting a comparable product, you will likely be disappointed.However, if your frame of reference is Chinese food in the Mat-Su Valley, Carrs Wasilla is the place to go. The value for the money is incomparable.The best time to go is around noon to slightly after and just before or around 4:00 PM. These will be your best times for broadest selections.I typically order the Shanghai Special, which is enough to feed me as a single person for almost an entire week. From time to time, Carrs Wasilla also has a special going, typically on Fridays, which can offer even greater value.If you have a hankering for Chinese food and don't feel like preparing it yourself, Carrs Wasilla is the place to go.

Horrible guest service, they don't even acknowledge you while you walk in or out because each time I walk in they are all standing around talking. Won't go to Wasilla location again.

Im disappointed with the looks outside the store. Inside seems clean and organized. But wow, what happened to taking care of the walkways and the windows? Trash, broken glass, dirty windows, graffiti...And.... DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Rude, judgmental service, ridiculous wait times, and mistakes. I have met some Carrs employees, good people just trying to make ends meet and they aren't satisfied with the upper mgmt of this store. Its so unfortunate, this used to be a great place to shop.

Great pharmacy, very busy at times, just be patient.IF you have to get a vaccine, ask for Pharmacist Jen. She is caring, very kind, attention to detail and all with a smile and a great attitude. No one loves injections, but Jen makes it painless and with a smile. How many places do you shop at where no one smiles? Jen really stands out and PLEASE commend her for a job VERY well done! Thank you Jen for putting yourself in the customer's shoes, all with a HUGE SMILE!!!

Really good organic selection I was really impressed, definately going back there, they had my favorite candy/honey and sesame bars, they even have one of the largest selection of organic spices I have ever seen, very fitting for the largest state!

It's always the worst experience. Expensive for no reason. Parking lot is a nightmare. The employees act like thugs. The dirtiest Safeway...Carrs I have ever been in. I always regret shopping here.

The pharmacy at Carr's is absolutely incredible. Heidie is amazing and never fails to have what I need or a time frame of when it will be ready. The whole staff rocks with smiles on their faces!! I've never had a problem with anyone in that store. They're pretty great!

We stop in here from time to time to grab a breakfast burrito from the deli! It's $4.49 for a large burrito that is prepared the way you want! Amazing.Gema and Dang in the deli are AMAZING. Both gals are so friendly and take pride in their work. So happy to have them back there! (Def recommend a raise)

Carrs has exceptional flowers however i was incredibly dissapointed when I purchased my bridal boutique for 250 dollars. The centerpiece lilly died before even making it down the isle, thankfully we had other flowers that we were able to swap it with, flowers kept falling out of the bottom of it. After my wedding I went to show them pictures and let them know what had happenedas i just wanted them to be aware, they did not believe i was talking about the same bouquet as I showed them picture after picture. This was definitely not a 250 dollar bouquet maybe 150, though they gave me a credit of 50 dollars, I didn't believe that was fair after i special ordered 700 dollars worth of flowers from them. You could clearly see I was not trying to screw them out of money just what I believed was fair. I will continue to buy flowers at carrs because I think they are great but I wish the manager had taken the time to stand behind there products and store standards, and not so easily dismiss the customer.

Still my favorite place to shop. Feels like the closest thing to Mama's pantry/refrigerator at home as a kid. Also, there's a fella in the grocery department named Erik who is probably one of the most friendly and helpful people in the store. If these reviews have any impact on performance ratings, he without-a-doubt, needs to be rewarded. I've been trying to hire him to work for me for years and he is committed to his role enough that I can't buy him off :)

Fine. Carr's has a very good variety of foods, household and other products essential for everyday life in Anchorage.Meats are generally consistently good quality and service is most often very very good. Good selection and few shortages.Worth it!!

A lady "working" the customer service desk made me wait while she talked to her cracked out bestiefor over 10 mins then showed her irritation when she finally decided to do her job. Then she comes over and complains about me needing to cash my paycheck and says she really doesn't want to. She notices I'm wearing one of my air pods and quickly makes a point of pulling out her air pods to make sure I didn't steal one. Funny when she is the one that looks like a crack head. It was the poorest customer service I've gotten in a long time. Hopefully they realize what a mistake it is keeping her employed with them and replace her. She even argued with me about how much my paycheck was, what a weirdo, and not in a good way.

The meat department here is super helpful and nice.The hot bar lunches have a really nice variety. Prices are very reasonable.The produce department is beautiful and kept up nicely. The grocery store staff is very courteous.Hands down, though, the 2 ladies and the 1 gentleman in the liquor store, are my favorite! They are always smiling and overall, just super nice in a very genuine way.

This stuff right here is amazing.I am so happy this place stays open until 1am. Working nights makes it hard to do my shopping sometimes. They have great prices too. My dogs love the Blue Dog Bakery dog treats. The have amazing meats too.
