I spoke with them over the phone looking for parts and was told by the person I was speaking to that they were in the yard, but that they had several vehicles of the same year and model. He also told me the he couldn't give prices right then, but guaranteed the best price around. When I got down to there yard I was going to be charged a small fee to be allowed to wander the yard and see if the had the parts. If they did I could pull the parts I needed. For the bumper, once down there I was told it would range from $75 for a bumper in rough shape to $250 for a bumper in good shape. A bumper in excellent condition from a yard that pulled it for me was $225. This place is a joke for getting parts.

My family blew out a tire on one of their only functional vehicles. Being In a desperate situation to find a reasonable priced used tire, we started calling around. No one had a reasonable price and or only offered new ones for over $200 and much more.They got us the exact size tire, and it took almost an hour to search for one, but they were dedicated to find me one. The tire they found was like new and they only charged us $25. This review on my own behalf was the least my family could do, we greatly appreciate it.They have my families business and will always be the first one we call or refer people to. Thanks again for everything!

I've been there twice in the last couple months. The first time, I called ahead to see if they had a particular year and make pickup to pull parts from. They said they did, so I paid to go into the yard, to find they didn't have that specific year pickup anywhere. Wasted trip, 2 dollars, and 2hrs of my time. Second trip today was for a more common part that I could get online for 50 dollars, but they wanted to charge me over 150 for it. I went down the road instead and got it for 50.

I called these guys they answered on the first ring and went out of their way to help me haul off junk cars up buffalo mine Rd they came the next day. I only asked for ,3 of the 5 cars and 1 truck to be towed for now but they went ahead and hauled all 6 of them off and only charged me for 5 of the 6. They had them all hauled off in 1 day. this place suuuuucks. whats the price on a part? who knows? they have to call a guy who is never around except there he is right outside the door just standing around. some days they can be just rude and incompetent but other days they are jerks.. i have gotten good service in the past because i have given them a chance to do better over and over but rare is the instance of "good" service.a year goes by and my son tries this sh^^ show of a business and the woman says "we get $50 for factory rims at the recycler" (lying out her a^^) sells him 4 rims, one has big ol scrape in the aluminum enough for it to be useless. did not give him the center caps. within 10 min of leaving the place he calls them to solve the problem and they are closed. i go back the following day repeatedly and still closed. this place is a theft outfit.Service: Part finding & extracting

The lady at the front desk was nice and as helpful as she could be. But there was a man in a jeep that was really rude and barked at us for looking atta vehicle that not only was mixed in with the others that WERE for sale, but we were also told that it was for sale she just wasn't sure the price on it.So 3 stars for HER customer service skills but that dude really needs to improve his people/customer service skills. Cause it just cost him what could've been $1000-$2000 from us.

These guys wanted 75$ for a tail light... that was broken. Got a brand new one from rock auto for 35$ shipped. Only use them as a last resort. Every other yard is better.

Rude staff. Overpriced parts. After paying the entry fee. Got yelled at by the owner for not supposedly not paying. Got confronted again by the owner while discussing the sale of parts at the front desk. Good way to lose a paying customer. Never spending money there again.

Needed to get rid of a car and didn't have a lot to spend on it. We called around and the lady on the phone was nice~ She told my husband and I that if we could bring the car in, we wouldn't have to pay a thing and they would take care of it. Once we got there we went in and asked what we needed to do, the counter lady was incredibly patient with us! If we ever need a car gone again, we know where to go!

Went to get a part for a truck, they wanted too much for it AFTER I had to find it and pull it, then wanted me to just give it to them when I wouldn't pay their price. I told them they could have if they paid me for removing it or I'd put it back. After getting yelled at by the owner I ended up throwing it as far as I could into the yard and then went and found a new part cheaper on ebay. "free" car removal is actually $175. Rip Offs, avoid them.

I flipped my truck on an icy road and totaled it. ACCR towed it to their yard. A young man named Kenny was the tow truck driver. He specifically told my mother and I that if I were to sign over the truck to the company to be crushed, they would accept it as payment for the towing fees. He even told us that it would save me money because the only alternative was to part it out, which wouldn't get much more than the $350 towing/flipping upright bill. I agreed to do this, and he towed it to their yard. The next day I went to get my stuff out of the truck and to sign it over to them. They told me I would have to pay the bill whether or not I gave them the truck and called me a liar when I said that that wasn't what I had been told.Furthermore, a few hours before I went to their yard, my mother had swung by to get my house keys out of the truck. They allowed her to do this. When I showed up there and started grabbing things out of the truck, a man came over and started yelling at me, saying that I had to pay the bill before I got anything out. He even made me take the magazine I had grabbed from the truck into the office rather than put it in my other vehicle. A MAGAZINE. It is very disconcerting to know that they were willing to let someone else into my truck to get out the keys to my house, but they were about ready to call the police when I, the owner of the vehicle, should dare to set my hands upon a copy of Sports Illustrated.If I am ever in such a wreck again, I will specifically tell the police that ACCR is not allowed to touch the vehicle. I will never do any kind of business with them again, and I urge anyone reading this to do the same. I have asked around and heard many other stories of their shadiness. These are very dishonest people, and should not be trusted whatsoever.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Rude fat basterd who needs to be taught some manners. My rig was impounded and they lost the key, they wouldn't let me get my ID out of the vehicle or anything to help me get my vehicle out. Crooks and they went through my vehicle and stole my Dewalt tools and chainsaw.. just for sitting in there for a week they want $385 +$35 a day. Now that's highway robbery. They are in cahoots with the other legalized thiefs (AST)

Only go here if you don’t have time to wait for parts to ship here. I can get new or rebuilt parts for around what they charge. they don’t do business like I’m used to in the lower 48 I could go to a junkyard and get a whole bunch of things and work a deal here they go by individual items, look up what the parts are going for at wrecking yards where they gather the parts for you and undercut it by a dollar or two... to give you an idea a fender is $40-70 here to get a new one online it’s $50 plus shipping.
