Visited during a cruise to Alaska and took the tour. The tour fee included a flight, a glass and a sticker! The beer is great, everyone was very friendly. Despite the fact that it was super crowded, the service was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend

Wow! Valdez brewing has some of the least subtle beers I've come across. I go to most of the breweries that cross my path and most might have one slightly interesting IPA or a tepidly spicy beer, but few and far between are those that stand out and hold your attention. Valdez Brewing is one such place.I was super excited about the salted chocolate porter, but the one I ended up buying to take home was the IPA milkshake. Not sure I've ever had so many flavors in one beer.Good service, nice spacious inside (that still was totally slammed at 7 on a Monday). Nice looking outside space but it was drizzling while I was there. Plenty of merch, they do growlers, flights, etc. They also have a po boy food truck outside most days.

Absolutely refreshing beers! I tried the berry white and the salted chocolate poter, my parents the Prop Wash Pilsner, and my husband the Full Stall. Not a single complain! They were all amazing! Highly recommend, especially after a li g day out in the water!

A great atmosphere and great beer! The food truck outside, Poor Betty’s Po Boys, was delicious. It was nice to be able to bring the food we ordered into the brewery.

Very nice atmosphere! I like that you can bring your own food in to have while you sample the different varieties of liquids that they have. I don't drink, but they had a good selection of non-alcoholic beverages for me to try while my husband sampled their different breed to his hearts content. In his words "This is my new favorite spot to visit when we come to Valdez (next to the fish filleting stations at the docks)" 🤣It's also kid friendly. We saw many families bringing their kids and getting the non-alcoholic samplers for them.It was also cool to see people working in the brewing room through the viewing windows.

Decent brew but staff appears to not really be into guest service. Both at counter were more interested in their text than helping us. I had to wait on the girl to finish her text to tell her what we wanted.

Great brewery. Favorite beer is the Miners, they also have a great Grapefruit Tarragon seltzer. Short walk from the marina and Best Western.

Great outdoor seating and a gorgeous interior. Lots of brews to choose from for your flight - my favorites were the Watermelon Whit and the Coffee Red! Don't skip out on the house-made sodas either. The orange soda is sweet and tangy and absolutely perfect.

Had a great stop here in Valdez. The bartender was super nice, gave us a tasting so we could decide. The mech is also nice so we bought a few things on top of a few beers to go after enjoying the atmosphere. We haven't found alot of breweries on our travels, but this was one of the best stops so far. The beer was really good. The Pho-Boy food truck was also very good.

This is a really cool, clean little brewery in the heart of Valdez. The beer was really good, especially their coffee, stout. The only downside is that they don’t serve food, which is a shame. They do have a food truck outside, but we weren’t all that impressed by it.

We were here during a port call – we did a search for a local brewery and walked on over and I wish we had stopped here for longer than just one beer it was that good. The service was great, beer was excellent (we all had a variety), and sitting outside with great weather made it a fun stop. I wish I could have had some of their to-go beers to take back with me to the lower 48. If you’re in town and looking for a nice brewery, I would highly recommend stopping here.
