Wow! These are really cute cabins. The art around the place was a wonderful surprise and we loved the option to buy some of the pieces, although the ones I wanted weren't for sale.Beautiful and cozy! Comes with a little grill we wish we had known about that would be perfect for a little BBQ.The beds were so comfortable and the blankets so soft! There was only a standing shower but the bathroom was so spacious and relaxing after cramped hotel bathrooms. Towels were wonderfully soft and absorbent.Very clean with generous amenities for an easy breakfast. Three Bears (an Alaskan grocery store) isn't too far away if someone needs more things as well.Completely recommend this as a rest stop or a little getaway if you want the cabin camping experience with modern amenities. Also we went in spring and were happy there weren't as many mosquitoes in the area as anticipated, but if you're alaskan you know what to expect if your not familiar make sure to bring repellant or dryer sheets.Rooms: It's basically a nice hotel room as a cabin, but better because it's a cabin instead of a hotel where you have to hear your neighbors breathing so you can be a bit more laid back noise wise. There are still cabins nearby though so don't go around screaming like a banshee or playing music loudly. People don't usually come to the woods to hear that from other people. Our cabin had 2 very comfortable queen sized beds with wonderful blankets that can be added or removed depending on how hot or cold you are.The heater/AC was surprisingly new. We've stayed in some Hiltons that could use a big update on theirs so it was wonderful to be able to have one that was reliable for the chilly night. The windows are amazing and we decided we need to install some on the house we are building in the future.Nearby activities: Hiking, roasting s'mores, fireplace, outdoor seating, basketball area, relaxingSafety: You're in the woods, watch out for wildlife and anyone acting suspicious. But we felt very safe and comfortable. The locks on the door were very secure.Food & drinks: Instant apple cider, coffee machine with some packaged grounds and creamer pouches, water from kitchen sink was filtered and there were ceramic mugs. There is a small fridge with a very small freezer section, it came with yogurts and packaged boiled eggs. Microwave was available. No oven or stove top, but there is a propane grill.Plastic spoons and Styrofoam bowls available for instant oatmeal. Breakfast bars such as nutrigrain and biscuits.Gas stations and grocery store nearby. There were some restaurants along the highway nearby. None in walking distance... unless you REALLY like walking, but a short drive.

An absolute treat after a long day of driving! We were so happy with our decision to stay here - so much so that we are already booked here for our return trip to the lower 48. We stayed in the Wolf Room and enjoyed very much the comfortable king-sized bed, blackout curtains, hot shower, coffee/breakfast provided, and the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the house. Although we are staying here as a one night on our way through - this is a spot you could easily spend multiple nights while exploring the surrounding area of Tok.

Stayed in the Bears Den apartment sorta last minute in our trip and loved the break from campgrounds! A comfy bed, an unlimited hot shower and a well-stocked kitchenette made this the perfect stay after a week of long drive and primitive camping. Loved the available coffee and breakfast supplies— liked the black out curtains and AC for those of us not used to travel in Alaska in the summer!

Considering the location, our unit was spacious, clean, had a kitchenette, hot water, and was quiet mostly. We heard our neighbor unit moving around but since most are travelers, they left early. We heard little road noise, we’re here early May. Overall a good experience.

Had we known how lovely this spot would be, we would have stayed at least another day!!! Clean, spacious and beautiful!!! I was a bit afraid when I booked based on what we were getting in Alaska for similar prices! So pleasantly surprised!!! BOOK HERE!!

Stayed at Fox n Fireweed Cabins two night during Alaska motorcycle trip. The cabins were absolutely perfect for us. Comfortable beds, well stocked coffee, snacks, breakfast foods. Good showers. Great decks on each cabin. Nicely located away from the highway and back in the woods. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in instructions from Shauna were perfect. Great stay - thank you.

Our planned accommodation in Beaver Creek cx’d our stay (I’m certain people over-stayed their booking). My wife was able to book last minute. More importantly, the room was amazing with 2 kids and 2 pets. Most importantly, the owner allowed my wife and daughter to hang out well past checkout while my son and I handled a flat tire on my uhaul trailer. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely loved it. So adorable, and the owner thoughtfully left breakfast items and snacks and coffee for us. Microwave and fridge, with a small freezer section to refreeze our ice packs for the cooler. Lovely beds, beautiful paintings on the walls painted by the owner. A/C, darkening blinds, hot water for shower, and gloriously soft towels. Access to a grill and firepit. She really thought of everything! The only hiccup was the wifi didn't reach our cabin, but I didn't mind being disconnected for a night. We had cell service so all was good.

Absolutely great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and we hope to stay there again when the weather is a little better!Only minor issue was that our cabin was too far to pick up the wifi signal. But honestly, that was fine. It was good to disconnect and enjoy the nature :)

Great cabin, in a beautiful setting. There's a microwave and small fridge in our room. There is a very well stocked kitchen in the main house to use, which we did yesterday. They have breakfast items (instant oatmeal, pop tarts, nutri grain bars and belvita) and a Keurig coffee maker in our room with pods, tea bags creamer and sugar. On the front, there's a deck with a table and chairs to sit at and enjoy the scenery. The only bad thing to me, I wish the water was a little bit warmer, so I could take a really hot shower.

We were only there for a short time but the property was amazing. Clean, attractive, comfortable, cold water in the fridge, beautiful artwork, and great bed. The owner was nice and responded quickly. If you find yourself in Tok, please give them a try.

Absolutely loved staying here. The Sourdough cabin was perfect for us. Our pups enjoying hanging out in the patio. The entire place was cleaned, to include the carpet! They provided a Kureg and snacks. I truly wish we could have stayed longer. The mosquitoes were horrible 😁 but everything else was great! Recommended you check them out. Oh and the wall art, who ever painted them, AMAZING talent! #FindTommyTheTroll #TravellingTreasureTrollTommy

Such cute cabins! The owners were very Covid aware and did contactless checkin. She brought us extra blankets too. There’s lots of little snacks in the room too, very generous. The WiFi is spotty if that’s important to you.
