What can I say!!! Very inviting, comfortable and soothing atmosphere. I sank into the most comfortable bed, and fell into a peaceful sleep. Fluffy towels to shower with, had dispensers with body wash that smelled amazing, shampoo/ conditioner too. The room smelled of a beautifully warm log cabin with was a hint of cedar and lavender! The hostess opened the door and the warmth hit you like a soft blanket! She is a friendly, most pleasant lady, soft spoken and just as beautifully mannered as the B&B. She showed you around, offered breakfast and coffee for the morning. Just a extremely simple and wonderful place! A bit off the beaten path. But, you definitely will not be disappointed, well, well worth it 😉!

This was our last stop before getting to Anchorage. It was probably the best place we picked but not something I would typically go for by choice. It’s a nice quaint B&B. The owner is super sweet and helpful. It makes you feel like home but I feel like it could be much cleaner. I’m a clean freak and the sight of hair all over the bedding disgusted me. I wish the linen was all white as it’s more sanitary for hospitality. Instead everything is dark. It’s the best we could get and I’m appreciative of a safe place to stay for a few hours.

We showed up kinda late the night we stayed there. To our surprise, Carrie came outside to welcome us and show us into the BNB! The room was nice and clean, and the perfect size for us and our dogs. The next morning, Carrie made breakfast, but because we got in so late, she plated the breakfast for us, and waited for us to wake up, and offered us to warm it up and eat it before we leave. She was so kind, and welcomed us with open arms! Will always recommend this place!

I can't express how hospitable the owners are. Even after I had to call multiple times to push back the reservation date due to weather delays. After driving across North America for over a week, it was wonderful to have somewhere so homey to stay. They put a little extra effort into everything from the plush bedding, to the soft bath towels, and the phone charging stands next to the bed. The room I stayed in had blackout curtains incase we chose to sleep in. I didn't even feel it was necessary to unload the rack on the vehicle because the location is private and secure.

This place is 10 times better than pictures, its gorgeous from the front doors to every room. The staff welcoming even on very late arrival. Its real gem and don’t think twice just go and be surprised how nice is this place

Walked in and not only was treated like we had come home, it felt like home. Clean, with all the amenities of a chain hotel, but with the atmosphere of staying overnight at a buddy's place.....and there's a pair of ermine that live under the porch, and made an appearance for us. How cool was that??? We were told a marten makes a regular visit as well...😉Seriously...Alaska is an amazing place...and this BnB is an excellent example of Alaskan hospitality 🙂

Great place to stay in Tok. Wonderful owners! Robert even came out to help us reattach our car and trailer to our Uhaul on a cold night. We are so grateful! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated and lots of make-on-your-own food choices for breakfast in the dining area. (They are not serving prepared meals right now due to Covid.) Will definitely stay here again on our next trip through.

A Hyde Away Inn B&B was amazing! I absolutely loved this place! I'm so sad we only stayed for 1 night. They followed every cdc covid-19 regulation so we didn't get a breakfast made for us but they normally do make breakfast! They had self service coffee, tea, even chi tea! They had cereal, poptarts, and granola bars for a quick breakfast. Seriously the sweetest people I've ever had the experience of talking to (on the phone of course) and we felt right at home. Our dogs LOVED the B&B too, especially with all the snow!We will be making a trip back out there.

Walls are paper thin, can easily hear quiet conversations from the hall or other rooms, even downstairs, oh and snoring. Keys open doors they don't belong to, which lead to middle of the night commotion when a guest opened her room and there was a couple already in there; finally staff showed up and loudly 'handled' the problem. Curtains don't block out the light. No staff on site. Breakfast is not until 8am and I was long gone. Other than that the place was nice

Had a wonderful gentleman check us in(even though it was pretty late at night he was happy to help). The house and room was perfect! The balcony was great, beautiful view of the stars! We woke up to the smell of breakfast cooking. The lovely lady had prepared everything for us and was very accommodating! Can’t say enough positive things! Thanks so much guys!

Super friendly, comfortable beds, amazingly warm and soft blankets. Loved that I could bring my dog inside and didn't have to leave him outside. I was even able to have him hang out with me for breakfast which was also amazing.Hands down would come back to Tok to stay again.

Was a very nice quiet place and had a comfortable bed for the night. I didn't have a reservation but they took me in still. They offer some breakfast type stuff that's a help your self type. Would highly recommend.
