First time visit! Very friendly and helpful service. We ordered two large pizzas that came to $72 without the tip. The first was “Main Street Gossip” which was pretty good! The second was the “Mountain High Pizza Pie” which was a culinary experience that we will probably not ever get again. It basically tasted like a weeks worth of leftovers from the fridge all mixed together. I’m sure some people love it. It was edible but not delicious. We would definitely come back to try other items on the menu!

Amazing pub experience with live music. They have fresh beers, wines and some canned cocktails. We ordered pizza, garlic bread and tried Chula bread . Garlic bread was amazing, pizzas were OK. The vibe was very lively, colorful and super fun!! A fun place in Talkeetna to stop by for a good dinner and have some fun vibesVegetarian options: Veg pizza and garlic bread available

Our first time was in April when it was still slushie and snowy. Our second time we knew we were coming here. We came here first both times. We enjoy the "Main street gossip" pizza 🍕. It is pricey, but we have loved it each time. You can sit inside or outside, buy merchandise, and they had large cranberry white chocolate cookies for 3 bucks. Best cookie I have ever had . I loved it. 😍 We enjoy trying new places and it was worth the trip both times! We have only tried the pizza and cannot comment on the other foods. We have our sticker and pen to remember the place. They were friendly staff here and the place looks beautiful. They do have restrooms here. It was not usual for me to see a washer and dryer inside but it was clean and cool to see.Parking: There is parking specific to the pizza place.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the pizza.

Came here for lunch while visiting Talkeetna for the day. We came a little before opening since there were some large tour groups in town. Since it was opening, there was no line and plenty of tables to choose from.Ordered the large Mountain High Pizza that comes with over 30 ingredients. I wasn't sure how that many ingredients would come together, but it went well together and didn't taste like a mashup of ingredients. Sat outside as the weather was perfect and there were plenty of tables. Pizza was delivered to the able in about 15 minutes and looked great. It was 8 large slices that was perfect for sharing. There was a band playing later in the evening, but we left before they started. Walked by later in the evening when the band was playing and it was completed packed.Overall, good service, food, and atmosphere.

Very friendly service with little wait and good food. It wasn't my favorite pizza, but it was good and worth trying out.A good selection of beer and tons of outdoor seating to enjoy the great Alaska weather.Parking is limited, but Talkeetna is small, so it won't be a long walk no matter what.Recommend stopping in if you're visiting Talkeetna.

It's not our first choice for dinner, but because we're in a hurry, we opted for what's available and fast. This is a semi self-service restaurant. We ordered a meatball sub and Greek salad. The sub tastes good, but the salad is a big disappointment. I should have ordered the Hawaiian pizza, as some of our tour companions liked it. Lesson learned: When you go to a pizza house, you have to order pizza, which is their specialties. They have mechandise for sale (T-shirt and Cap) which is a good souvenir that you've been to Talkeetna.

We went to Mountain high pizza on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The ambience was really friendly and vibrant and the staff were very friendly and polite. We ordered the jalapeño poppers and a veggie pizza. One of us were vegan and the restaurant had a vegan option to replace the cheese with a vegan cheese. The pets and the pizza were decent. The crust was good. However both dishes lacked a bit of seasoning.

Always fun. The kids love it because it’s outside with live music and they can dance. Pizza is always fresh and beer on tap. This is a great place to eat when the sun is out and they have a band playing.Parking: If you have bikes they are way easier to find a place to park. Otherwise just walk it.

I ordered a pie after a long day, I got pepperoni and reindeer sausage.I literally was coming off a 50 hr fast so I don’t know if it was genuinely the best thing I’ve ever ate but it felt that way. Pizza was delicious and fresh. 5/5Customer service was great 4/5Didn’t eat there so nothing to report on dining or bathrooms

Wonderful Pizza and Calzone. Beer variety was excellent too. The entertainment was a guy from the lower 48. His name was Taylor Winchester and he was awesome. Terrific atmosphere and anyone traveling to Talketna should definitely check it out.

Yummy place to stop in in Talkeetna with a relaxed ambiance. All of the food was fresh and well prepared, and the service was pretty quick. Of what we ordered, I would most recommend the Spinach Salad and Panino Appetizer.

You order your pizza, then if you want to dine in, you can try grabbing a seat. The seating is first come first serve, free for all. LOTS of options and customization (reindeer sausage, anyone?). The basic pepperoni slice was just ok, not spectacular. The three rivers salad was great, the three types of olives went really well with the smoked salmon. All their dressings are made in house. Really nice ambiance with love music if you're lucky to catch it. Got port-a-potty as restroom, unfortunately.

We tried the Gyro pie and it was delicious, my husband and I fought over the last piece. They were sadly out of the jalapeno poppers, we ordered mozzarella sticks instead. There was a line when we went, it went quickly though. We highly recommend this place.

Ordered takeout during a busy post-parade July 4th lunchtime. Wait time was only 20 minutes and I appreciated the accuracy as I only waited a minute when I returned. Maybe they forgot the mozzarella, as the only identifiable cheese was the ricotta. This made the calzone lack flavor and very squishy. Not my worst calzone in Alaska, but not a don’t miss as Lonely Planet dubs it. The atmosphere is great if you have the time to eat in.

If you want west coast style restaurant that is cute and trendy but not about the food type of place- this is it.The restaurant looked cool, food looked delicious but it was completely bland and disappointing.Spent more than I care to admit here and regretted it quickly.It wasn't worth the cost at all.Fun pizza angle wings to pose with outside the restaurant though!

This feels a lot like Mellow Mushroom if you are familiar. Kinda that hippy vibe with delicious pizza! There's a decent selection of beers and a large range of pizza. Also, my wife and I split a Greek Salad that was AMAZING! Highly recommend and would go again.

Stopped here on our way to Denali. Pizza was out quick and hit the spot. The place is very cute and is currently only seating customers outside due to COVID. They have beer too and cool pizza wings for a photo opt.
