This store has just about everything you would need. Well stocked. There were plenty of employees working and they seemed friendly and asked if I needed help with anything. The store is clean and the prices seemed fair. A nice addition to the Sterling area.

Love Three Bears.. Their produce is some of the best I've seen around and when it does start to turn they mark the price down and throw it in a big mixed bag. The meat is always exceptional. We usually buy our meat in bulk from them. Never had a problem. Love supporting our local businesses! Also, staff are very helpful and friendly.

The store is good, however , access in and out of the store/gas pumps and dumping station is a bit harrowing during the summer season. No rhyme or reason to the entrances and exits from the highway and watch out for gridlock on Midway drive.Ps. SLOW DOWN and please use your manners.Thanks from a local

3 Bears is a predatory corporation masking themselves as a good down home local business. When they brought their store to Sterling they made sure to expand in a way that would hurt every single local small business in the area. Made sure they had hot pizza (magpye’s) gas, deli food and convenience (Cook’s) liquor (Bing browns) tools and hardware (sterling tool) bait and tackle (I can’t remember the name of the bait and tackle/kayak rental place but it’s there.) they could have come in without making sure to cover every aspect of the local market but they didn’t. We quit shopping at 3 Bears because of this extremely unlaskan and predatory behavior. This isn’t the Alaskan way. It’s sick.

The Ace hardware is great. I was very pleased with the customer service and the items I wanted were all available to my surprise.This hardware store is well stocked, item variety and items needed in cabin life or new builds. Better then big box hardware stores by a million aisles!The small grocery area I wish would have been larger for those shoppers between anchorage, Seward, cooper landing, hope and all in between but it gets the job done.

Nice store in a good spot. The only criticism would be the aisles are tight but that let's them get a lot of stuff in there so it works out. Nice hardware store, cheapest gas around, got a liquor store too. If they had clothing and a cannabis dispensary it would be a one stop shop.

This is a sight to behold, after driving through the wilderness between Anchorage and the Kenai peninsula one of the first sights you will come across is a much appreciated convenience store with all the amenities one could hope for from gas for your vehicle to snacks and actual real food (gas for the family). This is a full service convenience store/market with extensive items and superb customer service.

This new location in Sterling has made my life SO much better ! I’m a frequent shopper and love to come in . I noticed that you are using scented grocery bags ? Get rid on them, they are awful.
