I boarded my two dogs at Bub’s Pups for two weeks while on a family trip. They were well cared for, exercised and socialized every day. Bub’s Pups asked lots of questions about my dogs and took the time and effort to cater to their individual habits and needs. My less sociable German shepherd was taken for walks by herself while my other dog got lots of play time with the other dogs. They sent pictures of my dogs looking happy and stimulated every couple of days. I would highly recommend.

Bubbs Pups took fantastic care of our dog while we were on a two week trip. They took him on walks where he got to do his favorite - rolling in the snow - every day. They provided us with pictures and updates which made us comfortable that he was being well taken care of and having fun. We let them know one of the days we were away was his gotcha day and they even baked him a special cake and had a little party for him and sent us photos. Great place to take care of your dog while you are away.

After some last minute planning to float on the Kenai, Andrew and his family were so accommodating and flexible with watching our boy Floyd. They sent daily updates and didn’t make Floyd stay in a kennel all day and night. Floyd had a good time and I think he’ll miss his new friends at Bubs Pups. If we’re ever back around this area we’ll definitely book back with this great team. Your dogs will stay in a big clean home and have lots of forest to walk through. Highly recommend. Andrew is amazing with animals!! I have 2 German shepards that are my pride and joy, I felt comfortable leaving them with Andrew! He walked them took pictures sent me videos, he went above and beyond to make sure my dogs had the best care. We will be back! I feel blessed finding someone who cares about my doggies while I'm away. I'd give him a try before anyone else! Reasonable pricing and excellent care! Highly recommended!!!! This is a great place! My dog Koloa loves coming here. The communication is great and the people really care about the dogs in their care. Taking walks daily and sending pictures of him. We just finished a 2 week boarding there and will definitely use them again.

This place is more like dropping your pup off with a friend who cares about them than what I normally think of as a kennel. The folks are kind and attentive, and they'll take your dog for walks and actually play with them. I know my dog's expressions, and it provides peace of mind to recieve a photo of him clearly enjoying himself when I'm away. 10/10

Bub’s Pups was very accommodating. They were able to bring my dog Cappi home before I arrived home from a trip. They placed Cappi in her kennel in my garage. I’m very grateful for their loving care of her and the pictures they sent me while I was away. Thanks!

Owner were very polite and did a great job keeping my high energy and need dog entertained. They sent updates everyday and pictures of how he was doing. Would recommend for anyone who need to have there dog looked after at anything.

Our pup was well taken care of when we were kayaking out of service for the weekend. Came back to a tired and happy dog. Well fed and loved every minute outdoor he got. Even met a few other friends while staying. Highly recommend Bubs Pups!

Bub’s Pups did an amazing job taking care of my Zuko who’s around 115-120lbs. He’s a German Shepherd/Husky mix. They sent me updates every day with photos of my boy on walks and him having a good time at Bub’s Pups.It doesn’t matter how long your dogs need to stay cause I work on the slope on a 3x3 and they’re willing to take my dog Zuko in for however long I need. It’s very nice to know that they accept any size and just about any breed of dog.Very Good service, Very good customer service, and most importantly…my dog feels loved and taken care of when I’m gone

Bub’s pubs was very accommodating with my quick notice odd schedule and my pups seem to have been well cared for. I most certainly appreciate that they weren’t just stuck in a kennel and ignored. I will use this service again and definitely recommend it to folks on the Kenai Peninsula looking for somewhere they can feel safe leaving their dogs.

I boarded my dog with Bubs Pups for a week when I traveled through the area. I could tell from the photos they sent, and talking with Andrew afterwards, that they took the time to understand what my dog would enjoy to give her a good experience. Highly recommended!
