Stayed here years ago. Such an awesome experience. Owners were cooking burgers for themselves and threw on extras for us. Really treated us like family. Nicest folks we met during our entire 9500 mile trip through Alaska. Thank you!

I ended up here because of a leg injury during my 8 000 km walk across Canada and into Alaska. It is a long story, but I stayed a few days in the bus trying to rest, repair and keep it together. As luck would have it, the kindest lady looked after me while I was there, which I am incredibly thankful for. I also met a couple of awesome local guys that showed me around; much insight was gained about the community during my time here, and not enough good things can be said. I will always remember this place and the people I met here.

Nicest couple owns this gem. Great place for groceries, FREE coffee, showers are $5, camp on their land for FREE, and if you want electric hookup, it’s just $10. They even have an old school bus that they’ve converted to a bunkhouse that’s also FREE! Even has a wood stove :) Just be sure and buy some food, bevs, and it liquor from Jay & Debb. And do stop in for a chat - they’ve got great stories!

Well stocked grocery store. Beer and liquor for sale also. Free camping, Free stay in a heated bus that has alot of history. Run by a great couple, Jay and Debb Capp. God Bless this place these people and the Land they live on.
