Nice souvenir and coffee shop! There's a good selection of souvenirs to buy, some nice coffees available, and a seating area inside. It's a good place to visit while visiting the town. Employees are friendly, and the store is organized well.

Had a great experience here.Visiting from Texas via Carnival Spirit.I had a question about the cost of something, the employee answered with the price plus tax for a total. I also found a great deal on a ball cap. No issues for me, here.

Very rude workers. We had a question where we were to be and she was extremely rude. She said the ticket says where. But there was no train tracks by the pier. I can see why you have a 3.7 rating. If you guys don’t want to deal with lost tourist then close up.

Ordered an item from the shop about 3 months ago and still have not received the item. I have asked for a refund but nothing. May be time to report them. They basically took our money. Ridiculous way to treat customers.

Great shop, but horrendous customer service. Placed an order over a month ago for the holidays and it hasn’t shipped. Voicemail boxes are full and no one responds to email. I understand they are lightly staffed at this time of the year, but if that’s the case, shut the website down. Very disappointed.Edit 12/31/22 - still no answer from The Train Shoppe
