Relatively short hike to the falls from the gold rush cemetery. Pretty easy overall but you get a pretty and up close view of the waterfall and a nice walk through the forest. I walked all the way from town and that took a while but if you catch a shuttle over it's quite reasonable to do.Restrooms: There are some small restrooms by the shuttle pickup area.

If you're visiting this destination off the royal carribean ship I highly recommend finding this place. You can either take a city bus there or you can walk to it. We walked there and took a bus back. Make sure you get the phone number to the city bus so you can call them when you're done. The hike to the falls is very short but the scenery is very nice. There is also a small graveyard in the same area. We walked to this destination from the ship so we could see the local area. A must see!

Locals probably would like to keep this place low key for themselves.The fall itself is shown in the short film but incomparable to the actual waterfall itself!How to get there, well, you got the pin, so you can’t miss it. But be mindful.It’s one of the most beautiful places in Skagway.

This falls takes about 45 minutes walk from the cruise dock. Good scenery and nice walk along the way. The Gold Rush Cemetery also right next to it.

The falls is beautiful. Do spray Off before going if you don't want to become mosquitoes' lunch.

Nice scenery at Reid Falls. Short walk from downtown. Follow the cemetery sign, then look for the Reid Falls sign. The only washroom is an outhouse. Prepare to hold your breath inside. Lots of flies around the washroom area.Restrooms: There is an outhouse before entering the cemetery. You really have to hold your breath. I suggest emptying your bladder while in town before you go.

Lovely walk from our cruise ship to the falls. The average walker or hiker can save a few bucks and do it on their own. (About 5 miles of a walk round trip from the ship).

Walked from Pier where cruise ship docked. It was about 4 miles roundtrip on a flat surface until you get to the last 100 feet or so. Well worth the walk which goes through the Alaaka Railroad yard. You walk through the cemetery and then back to the falls.Restrooms: Restrooms are larger porta potty type.

Beautiful waterfall with an impressive volume of water. Short easy hike from the trail head, and very scenic. This was one of the highlights of my visit to the area. Strongly recommend visiting.
