Purchased rings for my wifes and i anniversary .I thought I could get it sized when I got home by our local jewler. He said said he couldn't do it. I called Shawn and he told me if I sent it to the California store they would take care of it at no charge,they did great. Highly recommended.

Nicole at Aurora was the most friendly and patient representative. She showed my wife many sets of emerald earrings that were beautiful and fairly priced. Just purchased some lovely jewelry from the shop and the employees are delightful and work hard to make sure you’re happy! They did an amazing job, converting an earring to a pendant, and I cannot say enough good things about them! We are walking back. I wish I could have bought more! While on a trip to Alaska I found a ring that I loved. It was in an Effy store on the ship. They wanted $36,000 for a blue lab created diamond, which I knew was severally overpriced. I found Aurora’s and explained what I was looking for. They found the perfect stone. They set it and sized it and it only cost $3000. Exact same thing!

The family and employees were all wonderful to work with. Shawn and Dimple were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We had some delays due to resizing a watch and Theresa gave us a ride to the pier, which was a life saver, since they pulled up the ramp as soon as we boarded. I cannot say enough positive about working with them and would give them the highest recommendation to anyone.

This was literally the best timepiece buying experience I’ve had, ever. Shawn and the team are extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely good people. They never once pushed the sale but in fact wanted to make sure we were up to speed and 100% in the know as to what was being purchased and how to care for it properly. It’s so rare to find an organization with these traits and we feel lucky to have found them. If you are in the market for original watches or jewelry I can’t recommend Aurora at the top of the list!!

I purchased a beautiful Tanzanite ring with a halo setting a few years ago. I get so many compliments and love it. We just got back from another Alaska Cruise and I of course visited Sean and his team again. They are the best. Fair, beautiful pieces and especially that they work with you to find something specific if needed. I tell everyone cruising to stop there or just give them a call. We have a lot of great jewelers in Seattle, however you really want to have someone you trust and can build a relationship with. This time I got a beautiful Ruby Ring.

I had a great experience shopping for jewelry at Aurora Jewelers. They made a point to connect with me as a person and not just as a person *with money*. This is a wonderful family run establishment and I loved getting to know them. I left with 2 rings (the pictures are 1 ring, it was reversible), some Diamond chip earrings for my daughter and a pretty mystic topaz set. I recommend this shop for anyone wanting more than the generic cruise ship jewelry that you can find at every port.

The staff is wonderful to deal with and will work hard to help you reach a price that is comfortable for you on that special piece of jewelry! There are other choices in Skagway, Alaska for jewelry but this needs to be your first, last and only stop for rings, necklaces, earrings and other pieces of jewelry. Our experience in Aurora Jewelry was exceptional and I will most definitely be recommending this to both family and friends.
