Left my dogs here for 2 days. My older dog returned with limber tail syndrome for unknown reasons. Credit card signs posted on their door as if they readily accept cards but they need to write all your card info down to process it at a later time (not sketchy at all). I would not give my card info to someone in writing and they should not expect it. Clover and Square readers are readily available for businesses and they are way behind the times. I had to drive back to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Would have been nice to know about their credit card policies before driving an hour total to pay. Also there are only very specific times when you are allowed to pick up and drop off your animal.Between the strange limber tail syndrome, out of date payment process, and non consumer friendly availability time; this business has very favorable competition. I will never bring my animals here again.

Very unorganized, with inconvenient hours. Walking in, the place looks run down. My dog also came back from an overnight stay with a rash on his belly.
