There's a scam on Whatsapp asking to leave this place 5 stars. Be careful and aware.

Dear Brooks Camp employees,My vacation on the Northern Slopes of Alaska was an unforgettable experience for me. Your accommodation units were really cozy and comfortable, and your staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. Especially the taste of the food is still on my palate.

We drove from Fairbanks to Deadhorse in March, it was not an easy drive but definitely worth it! Stayed at Brooks camp and I was shocked how well equipped it is. It got a fully stocked spike room with meals, fruits and all kinds of drinks, a well equipped gym, washing machines, indoor smoking room for smokers (I love it since it's so cold outside). Everything is included in the price and open 24/7. It's also amazing how clean the facility is, literally the most sanitized I've been to.The next morning our car failed us, although I was mentally prepared for this to happen but I'm still very scared cause how remote we are. But luckily Terry and his crews came to our rescue right away. They really went out of their ways to help us in -30 degree and sacrificing their valuable break time (they work 12 hours shift). Our car issue turned out to be a little more complicated, I won't bore you with the details but it took a lot of work and towing the car. They did everything to help us and got us going the next morning! I wanna thank Terry, Richie, Chuck, Alex again for the amazing help and hospitality! I'm difinitely going back to experience what summer is like there.

I stayed here for a single night while on vacation and was very happy with the experience. Clean, quiet, excellent food, very friendly staff. The meals are all you can eat, and the late checkout (2pm) is a bonus. If you're on vacation like me it gives you a chance to go on the Arctic Shuttle tour then come back, shower, and grab lunch before checking out. I would definitely stay here again!

We come here for a roadtrip to Arctic Ocean, the building looks new and organized, everything is clean. We spent $150 for a single room here.Rooms has TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa, and private bathroom, toilet and sink in our own room. And you got a "card room key" just like any other hotels. This makes me feel I am still live in a modern building rather than a old style "camp". Shower has great water flow and great temperature, the bed is twin size. They have laundry rooms, entertainment rooms(bookshelf and billiards), priting station, and 24-hour dinning room included in your room rate. Also they have plug-ins for your car in case it won't start.I love their 24-hour food room, there's lots of things to choose from, frozen meals, fruits, snacks, milk, they even got a soda machine and juice machine, 24-hours all you can eat/drink in this location. What else can you expect? It seems no one lives here except for the one who check us in on our arrival date. I don't see anyone in the building and our room is right next to the lobby.Riche checked us in, and he showed us all the places(our room, dinning room and where foods are located). He is a very nice guy.The only thing I can say is that it's hard to find the entrance especially in a snow storm weather you can't see anything and outside temperature is about -30 F or so.Also there's no hotel-style front door(big door with ceiling cover) or front desk, once you arrived you probably need to call their number to meet them down at the "BILLETING" room by the elevator. And maybe that's why it is a camp(nor Brooks Hotel) I guess? One last thing I want to say is about the location. Brooks Camp is right next to Prudhoe Bay Post Office, and the gift store which has a sign says "end of Dalton Hwy" which most of you would like to take pictures with.Without going out of the building you got everything you need here, although it is not a 5-star "resort", but I guess there's no camps/hotels better than here in town.

We did not intend to stay in Deadhorse on our camping trip on the Dalton highway, but when our vehicle had some computer issues, we decided to get a room here. I'm so glad we did. It was a really relaxing stay, considering we were worried about our truck. The price is excellent considering that all meals and the use of the laundry room were included. The building is exceptionally clean, and the people are all polite, kind, and friendly. We had our children with us, and they were thrilled to learn that they could just walk in the spike room and get any snack they wanted.I allowed them to get a few treats after having them work out with me in the gym. They didn't quite know what to do with all the equipment, but soon enough they found the ellipticals and treadmills with the virtual hikes through places like New Zealand and Arizona, and seemed to enjoy that. It was never crowded, and had plenty of free weights, benches, and a cable tower. It would be easy to stay in shape here, even with the incredible food. The cooks put on quite a spread (and I enjoyed hearing them sing along to the radio. Happy cooks always make the best food). They had prime rib one night, cheeseburgers the next, pastrami sandwiches for lunch, then burritos, and just about anything you could want for breakfast both mornings. There were so many side dishes and extras that it would be possible to stay on any diet, from keto to vegetarian.Jenny was so helpful with getting us in touch with someone who could help us with our truck, showing us around the building so that we knew exactly where everything was, then arranging for John to give us a ride so that we could still do our arctic ocean tour (thank you so much, John, you're the best). She really went above and beyond.Once we knew our truck was good to go, we enjoyed just kicking back and watching TV before heading back on the road. They had about 30 channels. This camp is mainly for the workers, but they welcome tourists like us with open arms. Almost everyone here flies in for 2-3 weeks, then goes home for the same amount of time. These people are problem solvers, and they are generous, and they have gone out of their way to help us out. That's not something you find everywhere, and I especially appreciated it at the time.

Single Status with private bathrooms! 3 all-you-can-eat hot meals (GREAT food) included in price, great WiFi (Netflix!!), comfy mattresses and recliners in every room. Well-insulated walls so room noise is at at a minimum. Did I mention PRIVATE BATHROOMS in every room?!? The snack room is also huge, well-stocked and (best of all) free. Helpful, happy staff and a great camp!

Nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Stayed there for several months while working. If given the chance I'd definitely stay there again.
