Great customer service and the best airlines that I've done business with they are generous with their rewards plan. Also they are good with providing bonus points if you don't get your baggage within 20 minutes. If you lose luggage then call the 800 number and they will nore than willing to assist you with baggage claims.

Alaska Air Cargo in DH is always on top of it. Gold streak is the best and fastest way to get what you need slope side. Weather it be personal items or parts they are the go to shipping method for the North Slope. The staff is always a pleasure to work.

Always a pleasure to fly with Alaska Airlines. Flight staff is very considerate if you are sleeping and TRY not to body bump you back in ur seat if ur sleeping and slumped into the aisle. But hey what can you do when people are hanging where they shouldn't right.

Best airline in the US. Best for points travel as compared to Delta. Its possible to get flights as low as 12500 points. Its impossible to find anything less than 40000 with delta. I'm gold with both airlines

We always fly AK Airlines. They are getting a bit hard to book with. Inconvenient flights with inflated prices. Milage tickets are ridiculous. Either your cattle or pay the over inflated upgrades....4" isn't worth the price they are asking. And they want to include the exit rows in upgrades....wait....shouldn't they be reducing the $$ on exit rows if I am asked to put my life in danger and "assist" others out...not an OPTION...rather a condition of the seating in exit rows....hmmmmm....Planes are too cramped. Takes joy out of the experience.
