Myself and a freind traveled over 120 miles to shop at your store. In previous trips, we have found great savings. This time, we were disappointed in the lack of Carrs membership savings. Our time and gas wasn't worth our trip. I hope this will improve.

I purchased expensive steak and a bag of onions 2 days ago. They’re both unopened and I had the receipt and they would not allow me to return them because they would lose money on it.. I was told it was my problem, not the stores problem.Well instead of the store taking a loss on one purchase, they lost 3 customers and possibly more instead considering I have extended family of 15 that lives in Palmer.I kept these items refrigerated, cold to the touch and completely unopened and as I said I did not even have them for a full 48hrs.I just know most stores have a better return policy than this and take it as a loss in order to provide customer service.Times are tight right now on groceries & gas, so I recommend going somewhere worth all that extra money you’re spending who will value just how much of it you’re giving up.My family and I live 3 minutes from carrs so we frequent here a lot but looks like we’ll be shopping at fred Meyer as they’re prices are no longer even that competitive and Fred Meyer has better selection and better customer service.

Carrs has been the store my family has shopped at for groceries for 4 generations and counting. Thanx to them I can get discounted gasoline & competitive pricing. I also want to say thank you n high 5 for opening as early as you can. My lover n I shop rite after work @5am n head rite to carrs for our shopping. It's great. Your in the front for late nite workers or early morning risers. I'd like to see earlier workers at the food center there, it's hard to eat yesterday's food. Especially sushi.

Went to buy chicken strips from deli that had a sign up for $6.99lb. Got to checkout and rang up at regular Price ($11.99)lb. Was told sign was for tomorrow and won't honor the advertised Price. If sign was for tomorrow, put the sign up tomorrow, not a day early.... NOT first time I have been told sales signs were either a day old or a day early. Watch your prices at checkout, they like scamming customers.... Check-Out clerk was very Rude when I called out the unhonored Pricing.

Friendly service and store is clean anytime I go in.I usually do the grocery pickup and they do a great job picking good produce and communicating when something is out of stock. I’ve never been disappointed by their substitutes.

Carr's in Palmer is my favorite Grocery store. It has a good flow to it. The produce is top notch. They keep the produce crisp, organized, and clean. The flower department: I have ordered big beautiful bouquets and gotten so many compliments for the displays many times. Custom balloons for your parties. Awesome. The pharmacy literally calls me up when the prescriptions are ready. The deli department I order fruit, vegetable, meat, and shrimp trays---better than Costco and the price is right. The bakery --The best -- I get their cookies weekly, and their sourdough bread. I order special birthday cakes too. The last one was for Grandma Gladys 107th Birthday party it was exceptionally beautiful. The store in Palmer is top notch the people who work their are experienced, professional, and friendly. The first and last thing I see and smell are the vibrant rose bushes.🌹Thank you Carr's in Palmer. Sincerely, Kathy Budd

Amazing, i really enjoy shopping at Carrs in Palmer. This store has a great selection of fresh produce, prepared food and breakfast burritos. I will say the staff is not as friendly as the staff across the street at Freddie’s. I would suggest moving the staff from Fred Myers across the street to Carrs and you would have one amazing store!

They have awesome produce quick and easy in and out there you could always find a place to park across the street is just overwhelming got everything you need right there at good old cars I'd hate to think I'd have to drive all the way to Wasilla just to go shopping

Great Produce section. It's expensive, but larger than Fred Myers is. Generally, almost everything is more expensive here. Their deli section is much better than Fred Myers also. At least now that Coperate destroyed Fred Myers's deli in Palmer.

20 years ago Carrs was very clean, well organized, and was relatively inexpensive. The deli was decent and a go to place for quick meal. Over the years it has been steadily going down hill. The last couple of times the deli (Chinese food was one of my favorites) was inedible, and I am not a picky eater). The prices have been high for some time and would be okay if the quality was good. Disappointing

I wished the warm food side would quit playing with their hair and being so unsterile before they grab customers food. To me running your fingers through your hair or wiping your hands on your jeans and grabbing already prepared chicken or jojos is quite unappetizing you know.For hiring special needs adults I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

Very nice, attractive, and clean store. Lighting is very good; aisles are easy to navigate. Have great selection of goods. Parking is adequate to the store size. Service is friendly and while I don't use it there is self scan. I prefer the personal touch so go through lanes with service reps/cashier

It's been many a year since I've been in a Carrs.FM just became accessible for me.NOW, I've been in Carrs recently and found my bags were full like FM but I ended up with better food, more variety. Many things 'were' a bit more expensive, you just do your research! Buy Local, compare costs on every week's staples. I'm relearning.

Self check out is always the best route, unless you like to socialize. Then going to a cashier is best. I am not a people person, don't care for small talk, and I am always wanting the quickest most efficient way of doing anything, so I prefer self check out.

They put care into their flower arrangements for mother's day and it shows. Store was clean and the florists were so helpful and engaging it really made the shopping experience outstanding. The self check out clerk was on point and made sure that my needs were met before I needed to request help which made using the vexing self check machines less painful. Overall a smooth trip which I really appreciated on a busy holiday!

Always appreciated the short walking distance to the inside of store. Clean and friendly folks. Electric carts needs charging at all times. 4 cartswere dead. Noodles in deli are mushy, Change to different brand PLEASE.

Cashier was great. But the stocker in the aisle was rude. Threw as many boxes down as fast as he could so we could not walk thru. We had to stop and turn around in the middle of other boxes. That among higher prices is why we don't normally shop there anymore.

The pharmacy stuff needs some fine tuning. Some staff members are very rude over the phone and on several occasions my provider has called in prescriptions but when I go to pick them up, I'm told that there is no prescriptions that were sent in for me. it takes an extra day because I have to call my provider and go through the hassle of explaining the situation to him and then wait for him to sort it out and then wait for the slow staff at the pharmacy. I do Not have the same issues with all staff members. The shift with the 2 male technicians always comes through

This is a great place to shop. I always find what I need and things I didn't know I needed. And the deals you just can't beat. And the have my favorite little treat. Cream soda. But it's healthy.

Always a great place to shop. Friendly staff, efficient assistance if necessary. The best produce other than home grown or a farmer's market. Delicious bakery items. The meat section will make you want to buy everything and rush home and start cooking immediately!

Usually great prices with good sales that saves a decent amount of money.Selections are huge and makes it easy to find something for everyone.I have yet to see more than 2 or 3 registers ever open at the same time and sometimes the wait at the deli and hot food are too long even with only 1 person in line.I use the app and it helps to save money and get fuel points which is hugely helpful.

I have always loved Palmer Carrs and the employees that have worked there. They just seem more courteous and genuinely interested in helping customers find what they need. It may be an older building but it has a certain charm and character that fits the Palmer community.
