Santa and Mrs. C were the best ! They were so sweet and their shop is awesome ! The indoor Cafe was my favorite as well! My dad and I spoke with Santa for a while, and he gave us great things to do around Alaska. My son and husband couldn't be here, so Santa sent them a sweet video ! Wish I lived closer, because then I would be here all the time. If you want christmas joy and want your kids to experience a fun joyful time, definitely come here! Everyone from the Cafe to the register to Santa, were so friendly. Love love love this place

Great place for souvenirs. If you’re visiting the Fairbanks area then take a drive over to the City of North Pole and visit Santa Claus House. Very family oriented. If you have young children and are trying to keep the Santa is real story alive, they have a “real”Santa Claus they can interact with. They have a toy section among all the other things you can purchase. It reminds me of the Christmas Store with the atmosphere. Keep the fairytale alive and visit Santa’s House.

Enjoy pics with Santa all year long. There's a cute display of the nice list in his workshop. Lots of souvenirs & ice cream, fudge, other snacks in a cafe. Lots of gift options. Plus the world's largest Santa. Next door is the reindeer academy where you can visit & pet them. Lots of fun

HO, HO, HO, if you can't give Santa Claus House 5-stars, you are either the Grinch or Scrooge.Was the night before Christmas, and what a magical house appeared before us in glorious lights.The town of North Pole has candy cane light posts and streets with Christmas themed names.The house was filled with Christmas decorations and a bakery of sweets, and the white chocolate mocha was yummy.It was so much so much for the kid in me to see and enjoy.All worth the joy with my 8 yr old granddaughter.Thank you to the employees and owners.Merry Christmas to all and to ALL PEACE ON EARTH!GODS BLESSINGS TO ALL!

This is kind of a fun roadside attraction. They say they've got the largest Santa here. I saw the large Santa statue outside the building and grabbed a photo as I love seeing these attractions. The "house" itself is big and plenty of Christmas shopping can be done here. The day I came to visit, Santa and Mrs. Claus was not available for pictures. I think they are off on Mondays and Tuesdays. Staff was friendly and they do a lot of work to go through and respond to the letters to Santa.

Before I say anything, Santa Claus here is the real one! No kidding!!The place has everything you would think of, when you think of Christmas. Every single thing you can hang on your Christmas tree, it's here!!It's a giant gift shop for Christmas stuff. Plus they have a decent cafe place with chocolates and stuff, so that too.Our best part about visiting the Santa Claus House was taking a picture with Santa himself. That was awesome 👍.The irony was that this place was closed on Christmas Day. Or maybe Santa just wanted a day off. We feel for you, Santa.Highly recommended visit for all Fairbanks tourists ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is an amazing shop! This shop has an amazing crew that are helpful, knowledgeable, and Friendly. One of the greatest things about this shop is Santa and missus Claus! This makes a great family vacation and celebration place with snacks, drinks, and gifts. Make sure to come on up to the North Pole and visit Santa Claus and Mrs Claus.

Even though it is just a gift shop but it is worth visiting. This gift shop is huge and sure that you will find something to buy.One of the highlights is you will see Santa claus in a flesh. Most people ask him to record a blessing video clip to their family or loved ones.There is also an area you can send letter from Santa too.

WOW! Just in love with Santa’s Workshop in the North Pole! We first looked at the Reindeer, they have a nice big area for them and their indoor space looks very nice as well. So cute to have real reindeer there. Santa’s House is gorgeous, the huge tree, Santa and sleigh out the front is awesome. The house on the outside is decorated with just the right amount. Inside is huge, definitely take your time to walk around and take it all in, look at all the different things they have. We walked around twice then grabbed stuff to buy. Also definitely worth grabbing a few treats at the little cafe in there, delicious! Allow at least 2 hours here if you really want to take your time enjoying it all. Celine - Sydney, Australia

Very nicely done gift shop. Prices are typical gift shop prices but the presentation was great. They have a little bit of everything Alaska as well as Christmas themed items. The giant Santa and the reindeer made the drive through the snow worth it. Even before you get to the place, you will see candy cane shaped light posts. The only thing missing was little elves running around.

Such a magical place! Everyone should stop by at least once. Santa even took a break from his busy schedule to meet with kids young and old. Plenty of decorations and gifts. There’s a cafe to warm you up as well.

Absolutely love this shop! So fun going in to Christmas any time of the year❤️ The decorations and snow globes are so pretty! Fresh candy too for those with a sweet tooth🍥 Always go a few times a year. Staff is always so warm and easy to talk to. A must see!

So, the family and I came to Fairbanks, and you can't come here without driving out to the town of the North Pole and visit Santa's House. This place is amazing and has all your Christmas needs. Santa Cluase was there, and my son got to meet him for the first time ever and in the North Pole and in his house. It's snowing and about 25⁰. It's definitely a must stop if you are in Fairbanks.

This place is nice. They has a live Santa station. They have a full Christmas gift selection that's endless from high end to low end products. They have a fudge shop also. Beautiful place. There is a giant Santa out front as well. We went in winter so lots of snow.

Had a wonderful time at the Santa Claus House. It is truly Christmas inside and out. The staff was so helpful and caring. Santa made a personal video for my Nieces. This was so great can't wait to come visit again!

Wonderful, magical place!!!! 🎅🤶 If you don't like this place you definitely deserve to get nothing for Christmas!! 😁 Half of the store is souvenirs, your typical fare, lots of T-shirts, keychains, and Alaska printed fare such as towels, table runners etc. The other half is basically a Christmas wonderland, you can get all kinds of Christmas tree ornaments and Christmas decorations for the home. I love that you can select a letter from Santa and fill out the information sheet and they will mail it to your children or grandchildren on the 1st of December. Great little gift that keeps on giving long after you've gone home from here! Santa and Mrs Claus are here, for any children who want to tell him what they want for Christmas.🎄 There is also a wonderful wonderful cafe in the center of the store where you can get sweet snacks and delicious rich and creamy hot chocolate as well as other drinks made to serve. The fudge is absolutely delicious. There is so much to see in here, every time you revisit a section you see something you didn't see before. The outside is decorated with lots of cool Christmas scenes, easily ready for picture taking opportunities to document your trip there. Can't say enough about this place. It's just so cool. Definitely go!!! If you don't have transportation to your hotel, take an Uber to the Fairbanks bus station, where the bus goes out to the North Pole very cheaply, and completely free if you're 60 and over.

The Santa clause house is really cool. They have Santa themed stuff all year long, and the house feels very welcoming. This was a really nice place to visit.They also have a cafe where you can buy Christmas themed drinks and deserts. There’s also some decorations outside, but I was totally blown away by the stuff inside

I’m all for roadside tourist attractions, so I was excited to visit the visit the Santa Claus house. I was unfortunately disappointed. I looked forward to sending a post card to family stamped from the North Pole, but we just weren’t able to find anything more that you could find in a gas station gift shop. The people were nice and kind, and I’m glad we got to check it off our list. I was just hoping for a magical visit, and unfortunately the mark was missed. There is is nothing wrong with the place, it just wasn’t worth the trek for me.

Great souvenir shop. Most things Christmas are here. Kids, and most adults, love this place. Letters from Santa are great. Sugary stuff available as well. If you’re near Fairbanks this is a great place to visit. Also, the reindeer academy is top notch.

Ok if you want to visit the “North pole” love Christmas “ and want some higher quality mementos of you visit this is the place for you. Stop and see the reindeer get letters to Santa sent and eat some really good fudge. Beautiful store !

This place is pretty awesome. We’ll worth the short detour to check it out. Prices were better than I expected as well. Some amazing things that you won’t find at other Christmas stores. Highly recommend a visit!

This place was super fun and made me feel like I was a little kid again! They have so many fun gifts you can buy and yummy sweet treats, toddler friendly but you have to keep a eye on themLots of fragile! Good place to stretch your legs outside and walk to see the reindeer!
