The hotel is really nice. It's big and spacious, and it's one of the best hotels in North Pole, Alaska.There's this one room that's decorated in a Christmas style, and it's always booked out really quickly.

The Hotel North Pole was well maintained, the rooms clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with selections and the breakfast attendant was helpful and friendly. What was otherwise a very nice experience was marred by other guests playing loud music, talking loudly at 4AM, which even the front desk seemed unable to resolve.

Very nice place at a good price. The facility was clean and modern, staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What else can I say? It was a little annoying that fox news was always on the breakfast room TV, considering that fox news has repeatedly and regularly been proven to lie and present falsified information (fake news) to influence the uninformed. A more neutral news station would have been a welcome reprieve from the fox news disinformation machine.

I'm a local & normally stay in Fairbanks when I decide to stay over. But I decided to stay in NP this time & I was pleasantly surprised!When I pass through NP I often comment that they really should do more to decorate for visitors.We walked up to our room (Rm 319) and outside of the door was decorated for Christmas. We entered and BAM, it was all decorated. The tree was lit and the fireplace was on. 🙂Turns out I had booked the Santa Claus Suite without knowing it.It was comfy, cozy & I'd stay there again for sure.

What a wonderful hotel. After all the cabins and lodges and the hot springs resort this hotel was like heaven!!! Very cute decor, very clean, functional spacious rooms, affordable, very friendly staff, comfy queen beds not some tiny doubles, a work desk, great internet, awesome location close to all necessities the list keeps going. Rooms were available same day even though everything in Fairbanks was booked. Little ones were excited too of course. I was able to take a nice shower and sleep comfortably - super happy, highly recommend and will be staying again!

A good place to stay in a quaint town near Fairbanks! The decor and atmosphere match the Christmas-theme of the whole town, and it's adorable. The rooms were great, the only drawback being that they didn't have a microwave and mini fridge (there is a shared microwave downstairs in the breakfast area). Speaking of which, we really appreciated the included continental breakfast! They had a selection of packaged pastries, cereals, and juice/milk.

Staff and front desk were very nice! Love the breakfast in the morning. Good location to the Santa Claus house and 20min to Ft Wainwright. Rooms are very spacious and clean! Only wish they had a microwave and mini fridge. Overall great stay!

First time ever visiting or knowing about Hotel North Pole. Was a part of a family memorial celebration.The inside was very rustic and wooded design. Plus the family gathering room was spacious and comfortable. Might want to try it and rent a room out next time. Thanks :)

My husband I just returned home from our visit to the North Pole Hotel. We found it to be well maintained. The continental breakfast was limited but it was enough to satisfy an early riser. The entire staff were kind and helped us with any questions we had. It was also nice that it is located near a grocery store and has several restaurants within walking distance. I look forward to a future stay.

We enjoyed a lovely one-night stay at Hotel North Pole. Our room was very welcoming with its simplistic charm - not overly decorated or Christmas-esque, so if that's the vibe you're looking for, try the Santa Claus suite which has velvet red bedding and a Christmas tree up year-round (or check out the Santa Claus house nearby). Our room was cozily furnished and very clean, spacious with basic amenities. We were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis outside our window!  Friendly staff and quiet atmosphere. Would recommend!

Iwas very disappointed. I was really looking forward to being immersed in Christmas. I was believing, from ads, to be surrounded by CHRISTMAS!! The Hotel Noeth Pole did not deliver this. No decorations. Should have been decorated trees everywhere, christmas music and movies, hot chocolate and cookies! So, so disappointed. This was the part of our vacay i was looking most forward to. WS told they would be de orating later. With the name of the hotel, they should exude christmas 24/7/365! Continental breakfast was surprisingly good.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is from 6:30-930 daily but out work schedule has us getting up early. When they heard we were getting up early, they offered to set it up for us around 5:15. Nice big clean rooms. Cookies out every day at 5:30pm. Let us use the BBQ and patio out back. Just all around awesome staff that made it a great trip.

When no where else in town is open late at night and in the morning they refuse to let you use their restroom even though its the only place you can get into this early and im having to tent camp in a place where there is no restroom nearby and they were unwilling to help a traveler out even knowing the situation im in never again will i visit this town

Drove all the way to this place from Fairbanks as everywhere was booked up; I see now why this was the only place with availability. It was the same price as the awesome hotel we stayed at in Fairbanks except this place was more like a motel 6. It looks fine from the outside but the rooms are run down and outdated. It has those tacky cheap motel blankets and gross carpet. The included breakfast consisted of those tiny boxes of cereal, unripe fruit, and hard boiled eggs. Not even any hot coffee. For what it is it should be half the price we paid, or less. Would not stay here again considering there are great hotels for the same price in Fairbanks.

Informative about pricing, cancellation policy, nice selection of room photos. The Santa room (suite) looks awesome, I was hoping more of the rooms were like this - wreath hanging, gorgeous bed comforter ( looks silky and velvety, rich, deep colors). More of a North Pole, Christmas, Santa theme throughout the hotel year-round.

Attended a wedding and the hotel staff went above and beyond helping out with making sure there were plenty of hangers for coats and when we ran out of bowls during the reception they brought some bowls from the breakfast bar. Super accommodating!

Although the parking lot is very sparsely populated. Only about 10 cars....we were given the one room furthest away from the front door. The room was freezing when we arrived. The desk clerk was kind of snippy. Trust me. We will not be staying here again.. we will drive in to Fairbanks instead. The room was clean though. That is why I gave a 2 stars rating

We stayed in the upgraded premium queen room. It was beautiful, comfortable, and homey. It was the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in while in Alaska. The bathroom towels were so thick and soft, and the bath mat and shower curtain were something I would love to have in my own home. The faux fire place was a pleasant and relaxing surprise. Enjoyed watching the fire glow while I fell asleep. Only suggestion is to keep the breakfast items stocked during the time it is posted as available.

Charged my parents $800 dollars for one night and said they can't refund. Dirty Lennons and coffee machine was dirty. Not to mention the "breakfast" was tiny boxes of cereal and small packs of oatmeal. Not worth the price at all. Absolutely terrible customer service to top it off.

We had a power outage in North Pole and stayed in this hotel. The staff was very professional, room was very nice, and decent internet.Of note - we stayed from 6pm to 6pm (our power came back on) - they COULD have charged us for 2 nights, but only charged us for 1. They worked with the community to be supportive during a time with 6000 homes in the Fairbanks / North Pole area were without power.We would stay in this hotel again!

Staff is friendly and efficient. Front lobby as a rustic Alaskana feel. Very comfortable place to relax. Everything is clean. You can definetly tell housekeeping takes pride in their work. Close proximity to local dining and shopping makes the location convenient. I would rather stay here even with business in Fairbanks, the 12 mile drive is worth staying in North Pole.

I did not stay at the hotel, but was simply picking up a job application. The staff I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located across the parking lot from a Safeway store and what has been called the best Chinese restaurant in the Fairbanks area, the Pagoda.

What a wonderful Hotel and we had some very special memories thank you to Wanda for arranging a truly unforgettable experience! Rooms and service absolutely fantastic! Would definitely recommend this establishment. We stayed in the Santa Suite with a special visit from Santa was a cherished memory I will always be truly grateful for.
