What a wonderful place. The service was very pleasant and felt like you stopped by a familys home for lunch or breakfast. We flew in and rushed to get checked into hotel to get to restaurant by 2 because they closed at 3. We were never rushed and stayed till 315 or so and never made to feel like we needed to leave. Thank you so much for the great service and meal!

As soon as I walked into Pingos it was magical. I was welcomed in by the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls cooling a few feet away from the entrance. The hardest choice that morning was choosing which pastry to pair with my coffee. I opted for the cream cheese danish and took a chocolate filled croissant to go, both were delicious! The owner was so sweet and was easy to talk to. The only regret I have is not going sooner.

Bought a pie here today.. love blackberries! What a pity they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.. the place is very small, i noticed three tables only, not sure if there are more tables on the 2nd floor.. while waiting for a pie, I saw soup, salad and fish plates, everything looked very tasty. Will definitely come here on Wednesday!

I went here just getting off the plane to Nome and I was very hungry...I was not disappointed. The menu for lunch was pretty limited but was made up for by quality food. I had the halibut chowder. Delicious. Service was friendly. The place is small with only four tables. Easy to strike up a conversation with locals about things to do.

Delightful place for breakfast in Nome. I loved the options at the hot tea station, the gluten free waffle was so perfect, and the cup of fresh fruit was perfectly ripe and tasty. The owner, who was also our server, was very sweet and attentive. I was lucky enough to be privy to some town goss by the locals while I ate; an unexpected bonus that added to the flavor of the whole experience. ☺️

Best food in Nome, always. Crowded, plan on sharing a table or coming early, but hey, good way to meet new friends.Highly recommend the seafood mac-n-cheese or the waffles (or pretty much Anything else on the menu). The pastries are heavenly!

The wait time can be a little long but man is it worth it. Love the Womlet (Half a waffle and half an omelet.) The blueberry Danish is divine!

Loved the homely feel of having dinner here. With only limited seating I had a family of three join me at my table which turned out to be fantastic. I really enjoyed the food and lemonade. I am looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

The baked goods are delicious! My personal favorite was the plumb cake made with almond flour! It was so light and the flavor was on point, as with the other baked goods. I also split a salmon omlet with my husband, which was very tastey! The service was excellent! Such a cute shop. I'll definitely be returning.

Pingo added a gluten free pizza crust to their menu and it is absolutely the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. The asparagus pizza is incredible. I would eat it every single day for lunch if I could.

Small little restaurant where you are one of 3 or 4 tables with a kitchen 15 feet away.We stopped in right after getting off the plane. We all walked in and asked what the special sandwich was...gal looks over and the person in the kitchen was shelling crab legs, “fresh crab salad sandwich.” We’ll take 3!Great hoagie roll and tasty crab. Might have wanted just a tiny bit more crab with the lettuce and tomato but otherwise very good. Wish we would have tried the soba noodle dish.

The best pizza and brownies I've ever had and definitely not the last. Food is super fresh, tasty, and the environment is very cozy. The best spot in town for sure.
