AC Co has pretty much all your basic needs for life in Nome. Also perfect for visitors who forgot anything while packing. I hear the deli has some reasonably priced sandwiches and the tenders are not bad either. You can get everything from furniture to vegetables to sunscreen to baking supplies. One stop shop. A tad further out but Nome is very walkable.

I know that this grocery store has my favorite needs. I went for a trip here and saw that there were new days to come with this precious products. Plus, the view outside is awesome and beautiful. Thanks Nome for everything 👏( 'ω' )👏( 'ω' )

Large, convenient parking. Adjacent gas station with air hose. Very large store with good selection. Honda ATV dealership. Some furniture and appliances. Produce section ample, consistent, and fresh. I love this store because the management is friendly from the top down. Only negative is they seem to melt their ice cream.

It has items that you won't find in other stores in Nome. It's also less likely to be out of stock on items. However, it is also the most expensive grocery store in town. It has a liquor store inside and some grocery style hot foods. Small, varied clothing and sports section. If you're in Nome a while, you'll shop here. Weigh your pocketbook and balance your shopping and you'll do great!

Non-locals should note that prices are much higher in rural Alaska than in the urban areas on the road system. That being said, AC in Nome has a wider selection of grocery options than one might expect. Food (including produce, albeit not top quality), household goods, some hardware, clothing and a discount section. Employees are pleasant, and service is pretty good overall.

The shopping experience is great because of the incredIble management team and sales associates of all levels. I've also noticed that the store it's very clean and kept. The public restrooms are kept sanitary at all times and is handicap accessible unlike the local Safeway. Aside from having a very large store with a wide variety of grocery, hardware, furniture and hardware items, they've also got small motorized vehicles such as 4-wheelers, Side by Side 4-wheel UTV's and motorcycles. When you first walk in, you'll notice that AC takes pride in the appearance of their store by keeping the floor nIce and kept with regular waxing, once again, unlike Safeway.

Large grocery store with decent variety (also sells clothing, shoes, home goods, ATVs, and more). Costs are high, as expected for rural Alaska. Easy parking, adjacent gas station, handicapped accessible.

It's a nice store. A good size. And hit food ready to go. I like the cheese burger and tiny tacos best. The fried chicken is a good one too. As is the rotisserie chicken.

You can find everything you need in this one store. Given it is located in a far away place with no land connections, I was surprised to find all sorts of items. The prices are very reasonable considering how difficult to get them.

This place is the cheaper place to shop between the two stores here in this town. They also have more of a clothing shoes and general needs. They also sell couches and atvs with payment plans
