Horrifying high prices…. They never carry food for people with dietary restrictions or food allergies… When asked if they can they will outright laugh in your face…. Thank goodness for 3 Bears and Safeway in Ketchikan It’s cheaper to order groceries online and pick them up and you get WAY MORE for your money… only good thing about these Craig and Klawock stores are the staff… Some of the most wonderful people work here… Not the owner… but the island staff are GREAT

Prices are way to high.And not big enough for the island with all these new logdes.Order up everythingBefore the locals.They need a Costco.Or something way bigger now.This store is way to small to feed this island anymore.It gets so bad that we have to order from Ketchikan in the fishing and hunting seasons.

The service is good.. workers are polite and very friendly. Peoduce is pretty good and the fresh cut section is always a big hit. The produce manager is very knowledgeable about the veggies and fruit they sell and is always answering any questions you have. Meat department is always a good variety and the cuts of meat are excellent and the meat is reasonable priced. Some days there is a shortage of product but it's because of the island service can be unpredictable..

We have to put the groceries on the conveyor belt, they scan and bag then we put them back in cart?Rush rush rush you... he could see I was having difficulty and no help at all.

Friendly people. Decent selection for a small town. Prices are what you expect on the island, but they have weekly sales. You can get Costco stuff here too. There's a merchantile section with furniture, appliances, clothes and shoes, and other stuff for the house. We got a couch and a GE chest freezer there. I checked prices online elsewhere and they came in competitive. So I say nice job!

This is the place for groceries and bulk size goods. They have a deli, excellent meat selection and a wide variety of organic produce. They have a large freezer section with something for everyone. Very friendly service and other stores located in the same shopping center make this a one stop shopping experience.

I hate this place. It have horribly outrageous prices and even more horrible staff. I am relieved I no longer live on Prince of Wales or have to endure having to shop here. One if the female employees, Maryanne or whatever her name is, was Always very rude to me, and I don't understand WHY!!! She has treated me like a thief and had me empty my jacket pockets and/or my purse on several prior occasions, claiming I had "acted suspicious".. I believe she should be FIRED!! She knowingly HARASSED me for YEARS... I have Never stolen from them, but she enjoyed Embarrassing me in front of EVERYONE there at the time I swear, just because she was bored and there's nothing to do on that island. I hope karma gets her Soon, I'll be praying for it!!! Sorry, had to get that off my chest... Enjoy the rest of your day!!!

I wish I would have seen this market before venturing over to Walmart. Great produce and loved the deli area. They have everything you will need at comparable prices to the big box. Shop local!

The checkers are all friendly...but if you're looking something specific that you got in a bigger store, you more than likely won't finding here... its a great local store with the staples.

Biggest store on the Island. They also have a small General Store. With stuff like socks and pants, washing machine and stoves, even engine oil.
