Nothing but high praise for the new and improved Peter Pan Seafoods and their management. Easy to work with and they take care of the fisherman and make things easy. Love how they offer custom processing of seafood when delivering. Happy to bring our catch to them.

The company in general is poor at managing employees they sell it to you good as if work is constant but they dont tell you about the cramped conditions and the days or weeks of no work unless you aren't working certain departments like housekeeping or kitchen you will not work everyday.Also its heavily favored towards phillipinos its a heavy racism there.

Pros--People treat you like family.you gain new experince in different departments.free meals and room if you complete the contract..Con-- hours not guaranteed, days of work not guaranteed you go days or a whole week without work and if you work somtimes you get 4 to 6 hours a day.. work not consistent..If you come from california dont apply here , you wont make enough for a leaving and if you quit they make you pay for your ticket back home and for the plane ticket they paid for you to come, wich is basically you whole check for the month and they also charge you a couple hundred dollars more for all the meals that you had ...
