Even though under new construction and things are out of the Normal , this place always has a good stock of just about everything. Friendly associates and good coaches. Also, the online ordering system is a big plus and a good option for those that don't like ti get out and shop much.

Tonight was my first time at the Kenai Walmart. I just wanted to say thank you to the workers. They were the friendliest people I've been around in a while. You all were like a breath of fresh air. I appreciated that. Your the best!

Well, walmart is all there, really is if u live on a budget. I will get most of my items at Walmart. I am beginning to get the meat. I like how the hamburger is packaged in the smaller packages. I was looking at the Walmart app. It would seem that shopping that way would be less problematic. Except I would miss looking for the deals. I was so hooked when I spied with my little tiny eye. The rings for one dollar. I got some for me. My daughter n even a friend or two

I think they might be going through remodeling? Could be better stocked and easier to find items; Where are the pads? Do you not have outdoor rugs? Other than that, it was good for a Walmart.

Thank goodness for Walmart! I just got to Kenai, AK, and needed food and odds and ends like pillows, sheets, a pitcher, and shampoo! Good ol' Walmart was one-stop shopping! 💝Kudos to this newly-remodeled Walmart. We love the changes!If this review was helpful, please give it a 👍 or ❤️

The level of incompetent employees astonish me. My husband brought a Similac coupon in and not only the cashier didn't believe it was real so did the manager. Then a more competent manager came over and fixed the issue. They were astonished it was real what a joke.

I highly recommend Walmart at Kenai Spur Highway This is the Cleanest,Well Organized Walmart i ever seen A Huge Store with Lots/Tons of Item to Choose from.Big Parking Lot Clean Toilet! Kudos to all the Management and Staff for doing an Awesome Job in Here.Came all the way from CA cant help but notice the Huge Difference.Its like the same Walmart feels but into a different level.Keep up the Good Work👍👍👍

Like a store you can find what your looking for!!! Thats Walmart for you....lol I started this review and never finished it..well..Walmart everyone loves especially me. Our Walmart is making changes moving things oh its good CHANGE drives people crazy.cant find this that more self checkouts..lol I laff cuz I hear it in the store its all good cuz wally knows ALL OF US are coming back! Lol employees are helpful curious reminds me of the Katt Williams show where guy gets a call and says "shaniqua no no shaniqua here but here let me help you find her! Ha haAnyways th as nx wally world for making my day a little bit brighter!

The managers of the Kenai store do not care about senior, disabled shoppers. They post a early morning "quiet time" for us but lock the small, easy to push carts in the liquor store. They tell me the small carts are being discontinued. Ridiculous! They need sensitivity training along with how to excel at customer service.

I like Walmart fine. I just don't like it when you look up on their website and they show they carry the items, but they really don't. Besides that it's a very cost worthy place to shop. Much better every time I go in.

Yesterday was the final straw with walmart and there deceptive pricing,, there price gouging, with there lies,, and complete unprofessionalism especially in the upper (so-called) chain of command. I spend several several thousand a month at Walmart all to be disrespected by not only the manager (he was an old man no he didn't tell me his name and he wore no name badge and was in plain street clothes) but by every employee. Not 1 employee could actually tell me the truth about some boots that were on clearance. A few days ago and employee couldn't explain why they had blacked out every upc bar on these boxes since they claim these ones were not on clearance like the other exact same ones were. So when I asked for a manager I got i don't know who they were she tried to explain to me that they marked the bar codes out(mind you marked out bar codes typically means clearance) because they were ringing up lower 48 prices, so in other words because we live in Alaska they are allowed to hike the price way up? (Its bad enough that Walmart won't even honor there prices on there own app (which are way lower)). Then not 5 seconds later the lady goes on to tell me the bar codes are marked out so that it forces the employee to actually open the box and make sure the shoes were there. So they refused to honor the clearance price of $27. So yesterday when i went to have price correction done (obviously the have a really big issue with there pricing team not doing there job) i bought a pair of avia capris and they were clearanced to $7 a whole table of them well they rang up $14.96 so upon returning to get the price fixed i am told they have to refund the whole purchased price of 15.00 (some change) and then rering me up for the clearance price and then charge my credit card again for the $7 price (so not only am i being charged the 15 something (since it does take 7 days to go back into your bank account) but also another $7. Not the 1st times either they did it with a tv i purchased refunded $318 (which took 7 days to go back into my account) and recharged me the correct price of just over $200. After that correction i explained to the lady at the customer service counter about the boots from a few days before and she asked me to show her so i took her to the big display she grabbed a team lead on the way (mind you the team lead was beyond rude and disrespectful and doesn't know how to treat customers how she has a job still i don't know) well neither one could tell me why the baroness were marked out and not ringing up the clearance price.. then the excuses started team lead said she could price adjust she didn't have the authority so i said find me someone who could.. she said there was no one. Then she told me if she marks them down this one time will i shut up and be satisfied and i could never ask for a price adjustment again. Sure why not. So grabbed the size needed went to counter then the real problems started. The only size available that i needed wasn't the boot the team lead was referring to (go figure) then very vary rudly brought this very old fat man up claiming him to be the manager (FYI WALMART IF THIS IS WHO YOU HAVE RUNNING YOUR STORE YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET THIS OLD MAN IN CHECK CAUSE THE WAY HE TREATED NOT ONLY A CUSTOMER BUT A DISABLED CUSTOMER IS BEYOND WRONG AND TO THE POINT I MAYBE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY ON THIS DISCRIMINATION AMONG ALOT MORE THINGS THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF) he wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before his disrespectful rude mouth would cut me off. When I offer the proof of those boots being in the clearance table he wanted nothing to do with it, at that point I was beyond done being disrespected to the point where this rude old grumpy man told me I am tresspassed and not allowed back all because I was arguing walmarts deceptive pricing and customer service, its actually pretty funny cause I surprised myself with how calm I stayed through it all having the disabilities that I do have. Don't even get me started on the loss prevention. They target disabled people w/service animals. Discriminatio

I hear a lot about complaining of the stuff at Walmart but that's something I have never experienced. I experience only gracious polite employees. Maybe it's because I'm in a small town in Alaska but I don't think that should matter I have no complaints here they've always been very energetic and very willing to help and super polite thank you Kenai and so don't not people for being such good neighbors

Used to be a great place... Keyword used to. Over the last few years the current manager.. JASON has destroyed this store... they contantly get rid of things that sell quickly, and they fail to restock things for months on end. They then blame either shipping or manufacturing when safeway across the street has what they no longer carry,.... I could make lists of items theyve gotten rid of over the years that would just fly off the shelves... its like ordering more a product is a burden.... to a store... lmao. Anyways... If you want cheap food theyre great but if they carry an item you really like just count your days because i promise itll be gone a year later to never return. Thanks Jason

They got a lot great deals. I just had a bad deal@it was battery that stranded me 8 T times. They tested it after they charge it@ it failed! They tring pro ratit. It fail that's defective pts . They still pro. I shoved thbattry f___^ keep.

It's a Walmart... what can I say... other then of the 20ish checkouts only 3 will be open at any given time...Update 03/16 : they are completely rearranging the store and putting in new Self-Checkout lanes... there were more than 3 lanes open to checkout at... They are currently asking to look at your receipt as you exit the store, which really pisses me off due to the fact they do not do that in the summer when it's 10 times busier...
