Bob and Dot are great hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The accommodations are first class and we love the cozy in floor radiant heat. Towels, sheets, and bedding are crisp and fresh. Beautiful lodge and setting right on the river with everything you need including fishing gear and ranch fresh eggs. Very conveniently located and the only sound is that gorgeous river out front. Five stars. Enjoy your stay!

Our family stayed at the Gallery Lodge this past June and had a fantastic time. We did fishing, horseback riding, and summer sled dog rides. This was our second trip to the lodge and we'll definitely be going back as soon as we can. Dot is an amazing host and really cares about the people staying there. Her dog Sadie was always welcoming us from our travels!

Stay here!! It's right on the river, the pictures don't do it justice. We stayed in the Lupine suite and we can't say enough about how cute it was and how many amenities it had! You can cook yourself a full breakfast with all the food they supply and it had they let me all the lawn chairs, games, books etc. Bob and Dot were so sweet and helpful, we got in late and they were very accommodating. This stunning location is only about 15 minutes from Soldatna. We even saw the resident moose when we stayed there!

What a truly hidden gem!! Dot was the perfect host providing what we needed and wonderful conversation. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We had the Lupine apt with a full kitchen for 5 people and it was perfect! The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and right on the Kasilof River. We will definitely come back and spend more time.

We came in a group of 4 guys and stayed for 2 nights for Denali National Park. It felt like we were staying with family -- we invited Bob & Dot for a steak dinner (cooked on the back porch gas grill) and they brought the salad. The fridge came stocked with enough staples to make breakfast, and there was even fruit in a basket.The house was spacious, modern (WiFi), rustic, and charming. The view includes the Kasilof River as it rapidly sweeps around a bend.The drive to Denali was about 2.5 hours, but the Lodge beat the rates of the closer places. I'd go back!

Bob and Dot have a very comfortable respite for anyone traveling the Kenai Peninsula while touring or just fishing Alaska. They are both warm and friendly hosts complemented with five star accommodations and amenities.Full kitchens stocked with breakfast fare that you prepare to your liking and tastes. Sausage, potatoes, eggs, juice, cereal, milk, etc allow for a full breakfast before heading on your way to explore, fish or sightseeing.Located right on the Kasilof River the Gallery Lodge offers fishing from the bank and a fish cleaning table.There's a large pavilion on the central part of the property that has a circular firepit for your enjoyment. Two sets of staircases also lead to the Kasilof River include a bankside gazebo with a firepit within earshot and sight of the swift river.Several outdoor deck and seating areas with views of the river are very inviting.Rooms are spacious, comfortable and of high quality construction and appointments. You'll get luxurious sleep in the high thread count sheets provided on your comfortable mattresses. Gallery Lodge is just like home and in some cases even better.We stayed here several nights and made this our base for activities on the Kenai Peninsula as it is centrally located.Bob and Dot are genuinely "good people" who happen to be in the lodging business by choice. They do it right.We would stay here again and invite you to do the same. You get more than your money's worth.

So cute! Dot is very nice! Good view of the river. Nice porch area overlooking it. Super nice gazebo with fire pit. It's shared space in the kitchen and bathroom. But very clean!

This place is AWESOME!!!!! I booked our wedding here and I'm so happy we found this place. The facilities are incredible. We booked their 2 day wedding package and we're just blown away by everything about this place. Bob and Dot May are the owners, and when you leave this place you will feel like they are part of your family. This place has it all!!!!
