Great selections of outdoor equipment clothing although they were very short on Garmin watches. The prices were incredible I think the lowest price I saw for a backpack with $59. I know everything is gone up these days but prices are especially high in Alaska, so probably can't blame that on Sportsman's Warehouse

I love this store and I feel like a little in a candy shop in that I want to buy every other thing I see. Restrain is required.Their selection is expansive and they're capable of acting as a one stop shop for outdoor needs. Their employees neither impress nor impede the experience. They do their job. Between that and the prices tending towards the higher end of the spectrum I've taken one star. An easy recommend, overall.

Did a phone order from out of town that I thought would be enough to get more help from any of the employees than we did... Instead the help that I had were told that I should have hired more help and that they were unreliable. When I had bought the item I was told that I would need to have someone come get it because they don’t deliver. So that’s what I did. Got someone to come help. They never told me that I needed to have professional movers come and get the item before I had purchased said item. After I had come to the conclusion that I wasn’t going to get it… I had called to ask for a refund. Costumer service got me a manager and then was told multiple times that I was supposed to have hired professional help. Every time I tried to explain my situation I was interrupted so I asked for a refund probably five times before it was agreed. I would have thought that they’d be more than happy to get more help together to put a 1700.00 item in a truck. I was just really unsatisfied with the costumer service. Oh and the price I was given originally was Atleast $150 cheaper than the actual price that I was charged so after tax and the random up charge for the item that’s been there for weeks maybe even months was probably close to 300 more than I was told. 🤷‍♀️I could go on and on but I’ll just leave it at that. I wish that I had a better experience

I like this shop but I would prefer a little more salesmanship. I've came in several times and no one asks if I'm finding what I'm looking for. But there always happens to be someone watching the customers slightly out of sight. Is there something wrong with their shoppers? I still appreciate the quality of goods nonetheless, and it's one of my favorite shops in Juneau.

Ordered a Camp Chef pizza cooker online to be delivered to Juneau store. UPS delivered it the store. Gave them all info. Nobody seemed to understand.Never have got it. Young unknowingLady said quite rudely ( we don’t do that here). I’m out a couple of hundred dollars.

Absolutely amazing Job. From Living in a different place when I when when there the employees were nice welcoming and and they answered every question I had and if they didn't have the answer they would look it up for me for me all around outstanding job I would recommend it to anyone. From my experience today I would definitely returned to shop there.

Overall was not to bad costumer service was terrible as usual at the gun dept the one guy they had there was standing there texting instead of helping me and the other customer could care less if we were there or not, when I used to work there I have never let a customer just stand while I text on my phone we were not aloud to use our phone while we working, but costumer service up front of store was excellent.

The staff here are great and super helpful and friendly. Their store is well stocked and clean. They even do a 'Girls Night' where local independent vendors come in to sell their jewelry and other crafts. Plus there sometimes is a dance group who comes in to sell cupcakes and those are awesome. It's really a great store.

Big place, lots of variety, great selection. Friendly staff, helpful. I went there several times for fishing gear and boxes to ship fish in. Also like browsing their outdoor cooking section. You can also check for stuff online and then go actually pick it up at the store. Sometimes it's nice to interact with other people rather than just order online. #neverendingluau

I've bought a bow from them and had amazing customer service in shop, I've bought a rifle and had amazing customer service. I've bought tons of items related to both from them. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND DO SHIP TO STORE my purchase has been completely lost no tracking no knowledge of when it will show up. It's been 3 weeks and besides the two emails I've got that said it will for sure be here by now... it is not. Maybe this week or next week is all anyone can tell me.

It's okay, bought 200 dollar weather resistance boots and already getting some squeak sound to it and I only been to juneau about a month. Prices is up there for decent quality - even before covid ever hit. Best to wait for sell or buy expensive item for decent-good quality merchandise.

Watch out for the pricing in this store. The prices posted on the shelves seem to increase at the checkouts. I pointed this out to the manager and got an “oh well”. This happened to me on three occasions. Won’t be back to this store and will be on the lookout for this in the other Sportsman's Warehouses

It's got everything an Alaskan [Boy &Girl] needs under one roof! You can get something for the whole family - even your fur baby! Prices are reasonable and I like the rewards. I thought getting "lost" in the store for an hour plus was just a guy thing.... I was wrong... HAHAHA

Excellent Staff working in the Archery Department, selections overall though aren't really Juneau only. A lot of dead inventory for around here. But you'll find all you need for king and halibut fishing

worst consumer experience ever. i spent almost an hour shopping & $355.00 being followed the whole time, i understand everone has a job to do, but when i asked for a dressing room, i was ignored. ignored and followed. when trying on shoes a gal asked if i needed help, before i could answer, she pulled the shoe i was holding right out of my hand & only stood there staring at me. i dont ever want to shop here ever again. when i decided to check out, they asked "are you sure you dont want to put anything back...." horrible, tramatizing....

This store has 2 registers at the front of the store and no one is EVER working them, I just stood in line for 15 mins because there was only 1 person running the register and at the front of the line were people buying some fishing licenses. I asked another employee to help me check out and he couldn’t help because he doesn’t know how and no one else is around.
