The BEST STORE IN TOWN.My son loved a air pilot style coat and went to try by himself and almost faded away because of low blood pressure.I was resting at the hotel room..They brought him to our Hotel.Next day we came back to thank and buy the beautiful coat, that will lasts as much as a Patek Philip watch.Mrs Elie Salinas was an excellent shop assistant.Highly recommend!

Products are very nice and high quality. But DO NOT SHOP HERE. I came here with my family just to take a look inside everything looked really cute but as soon as I walked in and saw something cute a worker came over and told my repeatedly to put them on, they weren't even my size. So I did and then he continued to aggressively tell me to buy them I was very uncomfortable and pressured. I rather shop and browse in peace I did not ask for any help. From there it just got worse. My family was harassed about buying there products as well I saw a pair of slippers and looked at them then was persuade to go over to my family for a "family package" which was just a little bit taken of the total price barely lowering it. Everything in the store is EXTREMELY over priced. Workers were coming at us aggressively trying to get us to buy things. Not a fun experience I was very uncomfortable and felt as if I couldn't leave. Don't even go in there.

Got a big spiel about how the boots were 100% sheep wool and all the benefits. Spent 3x more on a pair of boots than I paid at home the week before to replace my sons stolen uggs to get back on the ship and read that they were 80% synthetic, 20% wool. Disgusting deception.

Totally friendly, helpful and informative staff. Great customer service. Most are young and energetic. Lots of great styles in the Alpaca fiber. They have the higher quality Peruvian fabric, classic cuts and modern styles as well without looking dated. The garments I have will be in style for a very long time. I appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness. All sizes of shoes and boots were available. Thank you for a wonderful educational experience. I highly recommend stopping here for gifts. A wonderfully mixed ethnic group.

Products look great, but I wasn't happy with the service. I work on cruises, so I have the chance to walk in every week and every time I walked in I was hustled to buy shoes. I really just wanted to browse in peace, but both times the sales ladies would put shoes in our hands in the most intrusive way.I felt like they're begging me to buy their shoes.It's a shame, because I really like the products, but the staff are over the top - they wouldn't leave you in peace for a second. I had to walk away and look elsewhere.

Upon entering this place of business, we were immediately greeted with good hospitality. We were shown a variety of goods that looked great, but as we perused the merchandise we were met with a surprising wave of antisemitism, racial ignorance, and overall lack of respect of our culture. The worker called us multiple antisemetic names and said hurtful comments. We were going to buy something, but immediately after the wrongful acts of one of the employees we were immediately hurt and aggravated; leaving the store quickly. Wrongful service and hurtful words is no way to get business. Don’t come, there are better places.We are demanding service training ASAP and hope for a confirmation email to verify your actions.
