Great experience. The guys that work there are super chill and helpful. I have a small dog they didn't mind him one bit.4 stars because stuff is so expensive!I got a pocket sized torch lighter that was 35 $.I like buying from the same brand. I'm from SEA and I buy these lighters all the time. This torch would be about 10-15 there.But I don't mind paying the extra dollar for being able to live in this beautiful city. <3

The guy working there was kinda rude. Not good customer service. Had a horrible attitude when I asked for him to show me certain deals in the shop. Saying it isn’t his job. Not a good salesman.I almost left without spending money there.Wish I would have. Even at the checkout he was rude , no thank you for shopping there or anything. I won’t waste my money at this shop ever again. I hope the owner does something about this worker. Not good for sales . I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of other places to shop at in town. Very disappointed.

My husband and I were touring Juneau. I'm pretty sure this was the shop with the pup name Noodle . The customer service was totally fire 🔥 😍 but Noodle was thee best dog ever. 🐕 I literally told my family. I went to Juneau and fall in love with a pup name Noodle. Literally thee sweetest puppy ever. If this is the correct shop lmk!!!

Tried to visit this place several times later in the afternoon and every time there was a sign on the door that said "be right back," but after waiting out front for 15 min no one showed up, even though the open sign was still on. Finally on my 3rd attempt I was able to get in, but I was very underwhelmed by the store itself. All the glass cases were smudged up pretty bad with finger prints, and the products in the cases were a little clustered and disorganized. But I will admit that they have some awesome glass pieces in there that are definitely worth looking at

Sent me home with the wrong piece anyway I told them the exact measurements and photos of a ruler next to it. I don't know how they (2 workers) could have possibly gotten it wrong. I like their selection though.

It’s a good thing this is the only shop anywhere close by otherwise they would be out of business. Terrible service, inaccurate hours, and a terrible selection of vape juice. Don’t even bother. Get it from an online retailer than this store.

Went in to buy one container of vape juice at 6:05 and was refused service by the overweight man working the register, as he had closed the till early at 6, despite their online hours posted showing that they were open until 6:30.
