Best fudge I've ever had, and my mom used to make the creamest chocolate walnut fudge. Try the chocolate mint. Caroline was fun to chat with and I love the necklace and earrings I bought there. This shop is well worth the drive to Hyder.

Holy cow this is the BEST fudge we have EVER had! Who knew that the world's best fudge was in the tiny town of Hyder? We enjoyed all three flavors we got (maple, creamsicle, and amaretto chocolate) and also thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Caroline, who is hilarious!

Caroline is the diamond of the North. Stop in for her conversation and humour. We are not fans of fudge but if you miss Caroline’s, you’ve missed the boat. Raspberry chocolate and a maple walnut. Went to Hyder for a visit and stopped here to see about getting a sticker for my collection. Then I saw the fudge for sale sign, double reason to stop. Turned out to be a super fun stop. The owner has character you don't find often these days and her fudge is sooooo yummy. She had lots of fun stuff for sale, including stickers and she was full of great stories and history info.

She is one of the creepiest person you'll ever meet! Just rude and weird. May be from the isolation and not interacting with people other than visitors. Felt kinda sorry for her.

Our dog is dying of cancer. Our trip to Hyder completed her visit to all 50 states. As we came just as Canada's Covid testing entry requirements were being lifted, Hyder's accommodations were not yet up and running. Caroline provided space in her driveway and an electrical connection for our van not to mention excellent company which was greatly appreciated - thanks Caroline!
