This used to be my favorite grocery store in town. But sadly some of the staff (and for some reason the older ones) can be rude to each other and customers. That said there are some young and old staff who are very nice and helpful. Their prices are crazy high you can save big buck buying food online but that goes for all stores in town. Their veggies are often fresher than that of IGA. That said IGA has much better service they really do! By the way their clothing section has real nice stuff but be prepared for sky high prices!

Great little market, they kindly took cereal back that I purchased a few days earlier because it was stale out of the package.but more than $5 for one avocado is outrageous! Granted they have shipping costs involved but the delicious avocados is South America cost around 60cents!

Staff was awesome. We were only their briefly for the ferry. Lots of options to choose from. One of the employees did help me take my groceries out to my car since it was pretty gross out and raining. Since I had a lot to take out. Overall 10/10

They have a nice little salad bar, which I found to be a good value. $7.99/lb. Same price as my home city Phoenix.

The staff are kind and helpful. I like the choices available. I live in Juneau and travel to Haines 1 week a month and I buy things there and bring back with me because we don't have some items available in Juneau.

It's a nice little market. A bit awkward in layout, but not bad. Has groceries as well as a clothing side that used to be called Charlotte's Web. It's great to have 2 grocery options (Oleruds and Howsers) in such a small town.
