Worth visiting! Good overview of the process and history of fish stocking in Alaska. Cannot tour inside the actual hatchery, but there us a museum of sorts inside the entrance with video and lots of written info.

We have been to lots of fish hatcheries across the United States. This by far is the best one we've ever seen. It's a great family place, clean no smells, it's very informative. Beautiful facility Alaska, you guys did it right.

This place is so cool! They have a wonderful visitor center where you can see the hatchery production floor, read about the process, leave a pin where you are from, and watch a video. For sure worth the visit while in Fairbanks!!
