Appreciated the two ladies who were working, they did a quick sani shave for my dog, got us right in. I forgot to set up his normal haircut prior and we leave in a few days for vacation. I didn't want my dog itchy and miserable in his nether regions during the long day of flying.

I bring my two senior dogs in for a bath here and they always come back so clean and very well deshedded and smelling AMAZING. Today one of my dogs mole started very slightly bleeding (it does that often since it very easily gets nicked) and they called and let me know its their policy to take the dog to the vet if there is any blood. I came to pick up my other dog while they were taking her to the vet and I’m amazed on the care they gave her! Ron, the general manager, warmed up his truck for her and even went to the store and grabbed her a jacket and booties (it was -30 outside). He showed genuine care for my dog which I really appreciate. They didn’t charge me for her bath, the jacket and booties, or the vet visit!

Stock increases monthly since covid!👏👏appreciate their grooming staff and friendly staff.They have what we need at a price I appreciate. I can order and pick up at my convience for cheaper than I can walk the isles and grab...seems strange bit it works for me!!

My dog, Mushu, came out looking so nice! Her little feet are trimmed perfectly and she’s sooooo soft.Mushu is not used to being groomed, and is anxious about the clippers and the dryer, and also she is very vocal, which is something that makes me anxious to bring her in (I feel bad, even though she’s sweet, she’s loud), but the groomers were super nice about it. They didn’t seem upset at all that she’s not totally perfectly behaved, which made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. I’m going to start bringing her in regularly, and hopefully she’ll start to calm down during the process 🙂 thank you guys for being so nice to her and to me!

It was wonderful. I dropped off Logan for his nail trim and they were done in 10 mins. For a dog that wouldn't let me clip his nails it was amazing.

Might wind up the most expensive grooming experience I’ve ever paid for.Dropped my dog off for a bath and a trim, the person was extremely lazy and rude, then shaved my dog. Which normally would just leave me to not tip.BUT. About a few days later I’ve noticed my dog has began to get sick (diarrhea, mucus coming from eye, lethargy, and stiffness). My wife called our vet at Mt McKinley Who stated that there seems to be a trend and our dog is the 4th dog they’ve heard with the same symptoms who have been to PetCo in the past few weeks. When my wife called PetCo and gave them that info they essentially said “we don’t know”. We also don’t like to bring our dog places where people bring sick dogs.Also, I know dogs generally don’t like grooming, but my dog never minded it until we started taking him there.This lack of care to at least try to follow the customers instructions, to keep their grooming areas properly clean, and I’m guessing their worker traumatizing dogs who never minded grooming, is reason enough for me to not recommend PetCo grooming services.My dogs appointment to see what’s wrong with him is in two weeks because we’re trying to avoid paying extra for emergency services. But if he gets worse, this will be the most expensive grooming visit I’ve ever paid for.

The employees were pleasant, and they got us in quickly. The bath seems to have been fine, the dog smells great... But now he has like no hair left! My dog was basically shaved!😞 Groomer did not follow specific instructions -although she wrote them on the ticket and asked me specific questions about how I would like his hair cut. Im so disappointed. Also they made me go pay and tip before they brought the dog out for me to see!! I would have NEVER tipped for the shave job my dog got. ...I guess that tip can be for his bath.. Although its easy to bath a dog that now is hairless!

Booking and beginning my two kitten's mani-pedi appointments was fast and simple. The staff in the grooming spa were friendly, capable, and quite adept welcoming, handling and reassuring with the kittens. I look forward to our next visit, already booked. Moreover, I recommend the service to others.

Scent allergies beware! I have had to re-wash my dog every time, I've tried getting them to use other shampoo, I offered to bring our dog shampoo. And she still comes home needing another bath because of the high level of scent they use. Completely unreasonable when I tried to explain this. It is way too expensive for such poor service.

The staff is friendly and caring toward the animals. For me specifically, the lady was wonderfully helpful as I had my dog and my 4 young kids with me. She helped how she could and it was greatly appreciated.

Was called and told my dogs would be done within 10 minutes. Arrived and was told to walk around the store while I waited. I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes...
