This place is awesome! It’s all about the customer service here. I go in with my two doggies and if my hands are full a staff member will go out of their way to help me with my things in the store and also to the car. Clean place, they have reward programs for some products, which is nice.

Went in for CBD oil for my pet and asked a cashier if they had any. She said, "Yes, but I don't believe in it so I won't sell it to you". IDGAF what you believe in, you're job is to operate the register, not impose your morals on customers. I went to Alaska Feed and gave them my money for the product I wanted.

Wanted to shop local for the dogs this Christmas so I ran into Cold Spot yesterday for a quick shop. The gals working were very friendly and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. Not every business in town has this kind of customer service, and in 2023- it’s refreshing to get a loud and proud, “Merry Christmas”. Cold Spot, you’re doing something right, it’s noticed, and greatly appreciated. We’ll be back :)

We love going into cold spot and getting the things we need(and some things we don’t need but they’re awesome!) customer service has always been on point and they are there to help you get things to your car or pick the right food for your pet. Love the variety and one stop shopping for all my critters. Thanks for the excellent friendly service every time.

Great selection of everything for your pet. Got harness for the do to try pulling along with food, treats, leashes, toys and more. By far the best pet store in town.

Whether quickly needing a thermometer for a pup, or more slowlt perusing a heat lamp for a bird, dog booties or specialty foods, Cold Spot employees can answer questions within seconds of entering the store. Dog booties, coats, flotation devices (for dogs), mushing supplies, the list goes on, they seem to have it -- ok, except maybe for fish, I don't remember anything geared toward finned needs.

The selection is great and customer service unmatched. Sometimes Amazon prime has “cheaper” price for Purina pro food. By the time my mail person doesn’t deliver the heavy item and I wait in line at the airport Post Office, I don’t save any time or money. I liked having what I need available locally.The selection of Ruffwear is awesome! My lab wears the coats in the winter, collars, packs and life vests. It’s great to have it locally to try on for size.My only complaint is dog booties sell out quick! I always buy 4 pairs for each dog. I love the fleece lined pair. Shop early in the winter months

Excellent place to show your furry family how much you love them. From the best variety of chewy, crinkly, squeaky, or flying toys to kibble made from kitchen table quality ingredients, this is the best in town. Their frequent kibble buyer program helps to offset the cost of upgrading your best friend's food too!

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they could be a little more competitive with prices. Great selection but I can generally find it cheaper on Amazon with Prime. If you want to keep the shopping local you have to have competitive pricing.

This is the best feed and pet supply store in the interior. They have a good variety of quality products and they are also well staffed and the staff is well trained in customer service. I don't buy my cats food anywhere else

I find all types of animal supplies here from chicken feed to straw good quality dog food dog lines that we need for a sled dogs collars supplements medications and really good advice from the staff if they're not sure of exactly what it is that you need to achieve what you're attempting to do they will find somebody else that is there that does know and make sure you get the most appropriate information

Great staff! An employee there, we’ll call them K since I’m not sure if they want their name/workplace on the internet… they did everything they could to help me find all the locations that carry the brand of dog food my dog eats for our summer vacation. They even gave me supplements and showed me brands with similar ingredients, so my dog would have an easier time switching if we have to!
