Loved the ambiance of the indoor fire pit. Like just about every other Barnes & Noble, an excellent staff is ready to help find what you want. In my case, that was local authors and children's aurora books.

Typical B&N. Appreciate that they are requiring masks during the pandemic. Good selection of books, games, magazines, and a variety of other stuff. The Starbucks is a little under staffed but they got our drinks finished in about 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Fairly quiet for a Saturday.

The Starbucks inside Barnes and Nobles takes forever and the employees are just this side of rude.I ordered a sandwich and some tea. When it finally was ready she put two sandwich bags and a soup on the counter and called out two turkey sandwiches and whatever kind of soup. So is this mine or did someone else order two sandwiches? When I asked, she was rude.The comfortable chairs used to be near the fireplace, but now they have tables and the comfortable chairs are next to tables that are too tall for them. And it looks like they don’t bother cleaning the tables.This place has changed, and not for the better.

My hotel is right across from Barnes and Nobel. I've been going there every day for lunch and to buy a book (I need to get banned from there, I spend to much money.). The place is clean and the staff is awesome.

Lots of amazing books throughout all the genres and fun toys for the little ones. A Starbucks coffee on one side with chairs to sit in and read or enjoy a coffee or both. A small wood stove to give the old fashioned log cabin kind of homey feel. And wonderful customer service

I absolutely love this location. Everyone here were very kind and helpful. My daughter had to order a book and it came in 3 days later shipped to our house. The Starbucks staff inside were absolutely lovely. I loved this place and will be back soon.

I always have a pleasant visit when coming here, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their prices are on the higher end, but they've got good sales once in a while. There's also a Starbucks and fireplace inside that you can sit at and read books without purchasing! Very nice environment, overall.

Guess who has a blind book date section???? YES! All you could want in a coffee shop. With hot beverages, sweets, a fireplace, and helpful staff. They keep up with the trends, and still have all the classics.

I spend so much money on this place and never again. I'll make sure anyone I know never comes here. The store manager is so disrespectful . I have never in my life been approached like that. She got in my face because she didn't like how I was sitting. People need to be evaluated before becoming a manager if they are appropriate for the position because she definitely is not. I had to call a couple people to make sure I wasn't overthinking to how she behaved and they all were shocked on what she did. There is no excuse for that behavior. You approach people with respect.

I love books, real books not digital so this is the few places left to get a book, magazine or even vinyl album. Coffee and sweets are nice and I think taste better than Starbucks. Only 4 stars because if you don't buy a Barnes and Noble card it's much more expensive. Buy the card and it will pay for itself immediately but why not skip the card and just lower prices?

We love Barnes & Noble. We come here every now and then to buy books. My teen always finds interesting readings in the young adult/teen section. Nothing compares to the experience and feeling of grabbing a good. The environment is adequate as always, and having Starbucks there speeading the smell of freshly brewed coffee is also a great adition to our senses.

I love the movie selection and like other people have said the books and movies are kind of expensiveThe Starbucks there is the worst in town. I think they don’t follow what it says and skimp out on how much powder they use and whatnot , every drink I’ve ordered there has been watery and not tasty. It was so bad I thought I had covid!

Love this store! Huge selection of books and they usually have up to date selections from their authors. The coffee shop has a great atmosphere and their staff are usually friendly. My only comment is that occasionally there are some down and out people who wander in, though they usually are harmless...

Edit/TLDR: don't sit in the aisles. Use designated sitting areas by the fireplace and Starbucks to read.Barnes and Noble is great. No issues. But my wife visited yesterday and witnessed an interaction that made her, and me upon hearing about it, annoyed and embarrassed.My wife was shopping there with our kids, and noticed two young adult girls quietly reading a couple books in an aisle, sitting on the floor off to one side - clearly not blocking the path. One of your employee's, an older lady, came by and in a very irritated tone told the two girls they couldn't sit there and read.Now I will say that I'm not sure if it's against some safety guidance or rules, or if that somehow violated fire safety, though I really can't see how when in an emergency you have every other aisle to use...But Barnes and Noble isn't just a book store. Especially in a small town with few options. People like to sit and read. And it's a completely normal thing, especially in a Barnes and Noble, to see people sitting in aisles, corners, etc and enjoying a book. I hate the thought of young adults choosing to spend their free time in a book store reading, and being scolded for sitting in a quiet aisle. I hope this employee was acting based on safety rules or guidance, and not just her personal pet peeves.

Great sandwiches and desserts. Good selection of standard coffee type drinks plus the classic staples like actual coffee, espresso, cappuccino etc. Lots of weird books, toys, games and kits360° Fireplace is perfect for this climate.Consider leaving one Rubik's cube out of the package. Folks like me who can solve it will hang out longer.

The book store is awesome, the cafe (Starbucks) is not. I ordered an iced green tea and instead of properly steeping a bag of tea, they poured me a cup of premade watery green tea from a jug. It was absolutely awful.

Went in looking for a classic novel, went to their classic section what was a joke. Asked a employee who took my back to the same section and said its all here in 2 shelfs... it seriously was a politically censored joke. After still not finding what I was looking for I went to the information desk and finally found someone who explained due to being politically correct they have moved a ton to fiction.... so I found something at least acceptable I was looking for and went to look at the pokemon dvds... found one and checked out. Was asked if I wanted a receipt and said nah. Walked right outside the door to my truck parked right in front of the door and my wife said we already had that movie. So went in to return less then 5 min after purchase and was denied a return due to I didn't have a receipt.... the employee who sold it to me was right there and admitted to the manager what happened.... she was EXTREMELY RUDE and asked me to leave the store... any book store who caves and hides the written word and works of history is wrong in general. As far as the managers attitude what was absolutely unacceptable I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING YOUR READING MATERIAL FROM ANOTHER SOURCE!
