We adopted Jolene about 7 weeks ago. She was from a village, and I don’t think she had been groomed before. We took her in for a bath at PetsMart right after we adopted her, and she did well there. Adorable Pets did an amazing job! Her foster before we adopted her cut out the mats, so her fur was uneven. The groomers at Adorable Pets evened her out and she looks BEAUTIFUL!!! It also felt good to hear them all say she did well, was good on the table, and I could tell they really liked her. I am so looking forward to taking her back along with our boy Brody in about 8 weeks.

I brought my Drahthaar (German Wire-haired Pointer) in to get her groomed. I asked that her coat be stripped of the long hairs before she was washed. I got a call a couple hours after I dropped her off from one of the owners telling me that they didn't strip coats of wire-haired breeds like my dog, and instead said would use an electric shaver to trim the long hairs. When I got the call to pick up my dog, I loaded her in the car, paid my bill (which was spendy) and left. It wasn't until I got her home that I realized what a hatchet job they'd done on my dog. It was awful! The cut was terrible. There were shaved spots on her chest nearly down to the skin and the hair up and down her legs was patchy and uneven. I will not take any of my dogs back to these folks.

We have been using Adorable Pets for over four years. We are so appreciative of the quality and thoroughness of the grooming that our dogs have received. The staff at Adorable Pets even located a small lump on one of our dogs and recommended that we have it looked at by our vet. It turned out to be cancer. It was only because of there attention to detail we were able to address this early.We recently adopted a rescue dog and Debra, the owner of Adorable Pets, is patiently working with her and us to get her comfortable to come in for grooming. We appreciate that they are such great advocates for our dogs. We would never think of taking our dogs anywhere else to be groomed.THANK YOU Adorable Pets.

I have taken my small dog to Adorable Pets after a recommendation from a friend. They always do a wonderful job with my small dog. She is very figity and they always do a great job. I love that they open early on Thursday so I can drop off before work.

She initially told me she was booked solid but was able to squeeze my sheltie in. I loved how well my dog was taken care of and how well he was groomed. 10 Stars!

Have you ever met someone and immediately gotten the feeling they think they're better than everyone else? That's how I feel at Adorable Pets.I brought my shih tzu in about a year ago and was chastised for not knowing what 'puppy blow out' was. Tried big chain groomer for a bit then thought I'd go back to supporting the local guy.Brought both of my dogs in this time and witnessed a groomer yelling and pulling on a young dog who was not standing as she wanted it to. When she noticed I was standing there I could tell by the look on her face that she realized she had acted inappropriately.If your entire world revolves around your pets and they're perfectly well behaved then by all means bring them to Adorable PetsIf your family is your first priority, you work a part time job and serve on 1 of your 3 children's PTA boards, then I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I have a very quiet tame dog. He started freaking out to the point they called me twice to come get him. It turned out he had to pee but they had left him locked in his cage. I immediately found a new groomer who is more is tune with reading dog body language.
