I wish I could rate -5. This Ace blows. We bought an Ariens snow blower from these guys this winter and it is a full on lemon. They said to screw off they don't take returns on gas equipment. Ok, if I just didn't like it, but it doesn't work at all! I thought they were supposed to be about customer service. I'll never shop there again and I'll tell anyone who will listen that they basically stole from me. AND I didn't have a snow blower all winter!!

Very nice store with a good inventory and helpful staff. Sign up for Rewards and use those coupons. It’s good not to have to run to Wasilla every time you need hardware or a tool to get a job done and there’s no sales tax here in B.L.

I love the way there rewards program / system work's, I also like how they send coupon's to my phone, email, and in the mail a in the mail, all at the same time. And they always have decent price's plus, deal / savings / and discounts.Also they always have a decent friendly customer service representatives and will come up too you and ask if your finding everything you need ok or do you need help finding something or just have a question or two too ask.When I need a hardware store and im at work in Biglake, they save me a 30min to 60 min. Road trip to the next town.

Every time I try to shop here they don't have what I want, because they are 'out' and no one reordered! I went in for antifreeze and they were 'out. Went in for 5 gallon buckets with lids, they were 'out'. Really frustrating. I wound up going to Walmart in Wasilla. The employees are nice but someone needs to reorder stock or you will lose local customers.

Very sad that I bou Receipt Yeah yeah yeahght something at a different ace hardware store but they sold the same one I had Receipta for it but they could care less so I'm very disappointed and will not go back..

Was told to come in and problem would be solved. Just a simple exchange for a defective multimeter. Any other store would have done it no questions asked

I was looking for Stihl 2 stroke oil. Google indicated they sold it here but they don't. Wasted 60 miles to find that out.
