Ordered a part. Went to pick it up. When I got there they accused me of attempted theft because my son already picked it up. No receipt. No email. No sales confirmation. Instead of just telling me it was already picked up they made me wait and then called me to the manager's office to view the video of my son picking it up. Big Lake store. Do not recommend

I called first for a parts / inventory check and my problems were resolved by a quick visit to your Big Lake store. I was originally helped on the phone by Jessica who is beyond extraordinary! And for a more technical question, Jessica forwarded me to your excellent assistant manager Vincent. He did everything in his power to make my Napa experience truly exceptional. I have never ever received such extraordinary customer service from anyone in any industry. Usually I get the warm bodies, no enthusiasm, no passion for their jobs, typical employees who occupy most auto parts stores.Please commend Jessica & Vincent for their extraordinary customer service, positive attitude, knowledge, experience and "put themselves in the customer's shoes" work ethic. They make your Big Lake store head and shoulders above your competition!I will look to these folks for any car problems / parts in the future.

Had to purchase a new battery for my vehicle. Friendly and helpful people at this NAPA store. Note to fellow customers,... plan your battery problems, not at -20 to -30 below temperatures. It is not any fun, changing out your battery in that temp.

A decent selection of automotive supplies and parts. Staff is always eager to help and more open than not they have the parts I'm looking for in stock. Their inventory is less than the bigger retail locations 10 miles away in Wasilla which is why I rated them 4 stars instead of 5.

Descent selection of automotive parts, lubricants and cleaners. The interior was recently expanded and upgraded for a better shopping experience. No line at the checkout.

Went in to get an oil change and filter bulk oil. A mistake was made by one of the employees by overlooking which oil my truck needed. I have a Duramax Chevy Colorado. Went in there a few days later to talk to the manager Chris and explain the oil that was sold to me was incorrect. He made everything right fix the issue. He is a very knowledgeable manager well worth the stop to see their new building

These guys and gals were the most helpful people in the world, I called and asked if they would stay open a couple minutes after 6pm so i could grab a part and be done with the project I had going on. They happily said yes and gave me the best service Ive ever had. Great people! Great job!

Chris and his team, including Michael, Kyle Garret, and the rest are seriously the best parts store I've been to. They have bent over backwards to help get my truck running. When I had to hitchhike to the store for parts and the delivery was running late, (lots of snow, stuff happens) Chris was able to personally get the part and deliver up to me about half an hour away. Michael kept the store open late to accommodate my need for a battery charger. The whole team has been super helpful in helping to get my truck running. Thanks, Napa!

They always have what I need 90% of the time or are able to order what I need. And or they're able to get it roughly 1 too 5 business day's from the date ordered.Normal to ok price's with a decent deal every now and again.

Staff is knowledgeable and they usually have parts for some of the most esoteric vehicles. If they don't, then they will promptly order it. Only complaints I have are the fact that I have had to actually go in or call them when they said they would call me after I ordered a part and that the prices are usually a little higher than other Napa stores in the area. Overall, I'd shop here again.

Friendly, competent staff. Great in-house part selection, especially considering Big Lake is not that large population-wise and the larger store in Wasilla isn't that far of a drive. Nice to have the availability so close to home, so to speak.

Always fast, and friendly. If they don't have the parts, they get it that day, or the next day. Chris the manager is the best, very knowledgeable on older trucks. I can call him with questions and he'll help me trouble shoot on the phone! Big Lake NAPA goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need, when you need it. My opinion is that's the best NAPA in Alaska, and I've been to most of them.

Super clean, open space. The people are really friendly and knowledgeable. What they don't know, they will find out. Very customer service oriented. They always go way above and beyond. I've been going there for so many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They have the basic essentials but they can get you what you need in a day or 2 of you need a specialty item. They can be busy at times but a great spot to stop in if you need something for your vehicle.
