i usually don’t leave reviews but we’re so happy & grateful i had to 💛Our pup was terrified of grooming appts from a bad experience as a puppy; won’t let anyone touch his feet, tail, or ears. & had to be sedated or muzzled in the past. We brought him in just for a little touch up so he could have a good experience and im so glad we went with Glow Up Grooming.. she took her time, was so patient, gave him lots of breaks, texted us with updates, and when we picked him up he was so happy and his fur was so soft and he smelled so good!we will definitely be coming back, thank you so much💛💛

Honestly the best groomer I’ve experienced in my entire life. Our dog is absolutely stoked to arrive there. Almost all other groomers I’ve seen make dogs nervous. This girl gets it. Flexible, communication on point, and high quality work. I’d give enough stars to take the 1 bad review and make it useless, she deserves 5+ 👏🙌

My dog is not one of the easiest to work with, and Nicole was so patient and kind with him. She demonstrates a high level of understanding both of dog behaviors and grooming techniques. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and appears to truly care about the pets she works with. She has a customer for life here. We ended up needing to split my grooming appointment into two visits, which isn’t what i had planned, but she helped me understand the need for my dog to feel comfortable with her and get used to her (my dog has had a couple traumatic grooming experiences in the past). Overall, I appreciated her attention to detail and transparency with me. While I’m happy with the end result, I’m equally impressed with the whole process. Thanks Nicole!!

I was recommended by a fellow dela doodle mama that brought her pup here and I’m so happy we brought our golden doodle, bear to her! He came out looking great and she did not rush it at all and you can tell by all the little details with his feet, ears and face especially! I love the little glow up hanky that he cameHome with too. Will definitely be returning on a consistent basis!

Nicole is great! She really cares about all of the pups she sees and wants them to enjoy themselves. She does a great job communicating! She even drove my dog back to my place when she was done!!!Amazing service and a great price, any dog would love Nicole!!

Great experience here! Price was right, service was good, and my pup came back dry, clean, and smelling fresh!An issue I had with previous groomers was that my pup would come back very "dandery" with other dogs/cats dander and it would give me allergies, wasn't an issue here!

The staff are super nice, friendly, and helpful. They are willing to accomodate special requests when they are able. The shop is clean and has very relaxing vibes. Would recommend!
