Bridget was great! Sure you might see some clutter, but its winter, where else are you going to put stuff? But I don't see "dirty" as in other reviews. She is great with our Great Pyrenees and he looks great when she's done with him! Every two months is our new dog-bathing regimen. Thanks, Bridget! See the 4 before and 2 after photos.

I brought her my 17 month old bernedoodle who recently had a bad grooming experience. She was very gentle and patient with him. She also brought her poodle who is the same age to keep him company. She used a fan and play pen instead of a blow dryer and crate because he doesn’t like being blown dry. He’s soooo soft and he smells amazing. He’s trimmed perfectly and had no post grooming itchiness like he has in the past. She also deep conditioned his whole body to get his hair and skin moisturized.

She may take a while and it may be a chaotic background. But she does a really good job at a more than fair price. Much better than pet smart in my opinion.

brigitte was able to take our dog in for a same day appointment which was a big deal! super grateful. my doggy was incredibly smelly from rolling in muck and my bathing her did not get out the smell. Brigette made it happen though! she also trimmed her nails very nicely and my dog came back looking beautiful with a cute bandana. she was brushed so well and had less shedding hair than after any other groomer. she hasn’t shed this little since she was a pup.It might take her a few hours vs other salons but it’s because she does an amazing job.cash only just so you know!

She runs the business out of her garage, but don't let that dissuade you. Brigitte is very nice and was good with my dog. I've taken my dog to PetSmart and a few other places and he still had fur flying everywhere when I picked him up $130 later. Brigitte, on the other hand, did an excellent job and put in the effort to brush him out until he stopped shedding, and she charged a fair price.

So Right off the bat I didn't call Brigitte until almost 3 in the afternoon. Petsmart canceled my boys groom due to some matting (understandable, but hes a dog that chooses to be outside so no matter how much i brush him, its unavoidable and i was upgront before i even made the original appointment) but I just couldn't let him wait. Brigitte told me to bring him on in.I was a little nervous pulling up but i didnt have any bad feelings. I explained how I like his trim on his legs, butt, and tail.She did think he'd be done by 6:30 but he wasn't which is totally fine by me because not only did he look absolutely perfect but he was happy and comfortable. 10/10, I'll definitely be bringing my other 3 dogs here ❤️

This was by far one of the worst places I’ve taken my dogs to. If I could have given her 0 stars, I would have. The only thing that I did like was how nice she was. This place was absolutely disgusting and dirty. It looked like an episode of hoarders I was walking into. Not only was it disgusting but we couldn’t get a hold of her for hours. I dropped both dogs off at 9:00 am and she told me they would be done close to 5:00 pm. She said I could call and check on them. I started calling around 3:30 to see how they were doing. She never answered the phone until 7:30 pm when my husband finally called. She told my husband her phone was off. Why in the world would you turn your phone off when you are running a business and you have someone else’s dogs. Seriously?!?! She said they would be ready by 8:30 pm. My husband and son showed up at 8:30 pm and she still wasn’t done with my dogs. Finally after they sat outside of her house for yet another 30 minutes, they were done at 9:00 pm. This woman had my dogs for 12 hours! They weren’t groomed very well, they were literally panting so bad for water, and starving. I explained what I wanted done with their haircuts and none of it was done. They do look a little better but no where near worth the $180 I paid her.I did read the reviews before I brought my dogs to her but I didn’t realize how bad it really was. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt even after seeing the filthy and disgusting house. We feel like we need to take them to another groomers to clean them properly and groom them right. I would highly recommend do not take your dogs here. Spend the extra money somewhere else and get them done properly.

I was bringing a husky home to Georgia and was on a layover in Anchorage to take her to a vet for a health certificate. Brigitte squeezed us in so the dog could get a well-needed bath. Brigitte was very sweet and patient with the dog, who had never been off a chain and was very timid. After the visit, my husky looked and smelled great!! Very reasonably priced and wonderful experience - thank you, Brigitte!!

Bridgette seems to love dogs, but she literally waited until the last minute to begin cutting my dog's hair - like after I arrived an hour and a half after the initial estimate Bridgette gave - to pick her up. I have no idea what she was doing with my dog for the first five and a half hours, but I think she was just keeping her in a crate (as she was when I walked in). Her place is also really dirty. She didn't do a terrible job and my dog seemed OK but... it's just not the best way to run a business.

Don't judge the book by the cover. The price seemed a little high, but my dog came out looking the shiniest I have ever seen him. He is border collie and Saint Bernard mix, and sheds exactly how you'd expect. She did SUCH A GREAT JOB brushing him out after his bath. And days later he still smells amazing, which is important for 65 pound lap dog.

I have two large golden retrievers. I have yet to find a groomer that gave me the results I was looking for like Brigittes Dog grooming. Lovely lady, perfect golden retriever hair cuts. Customer for life. Reasonable price too! Thank you for your quality service!

Brigitte always gives my dog Sage the cutest grooming! Brigitte is sweet with Sage.. and he’s nice and calm when I pick him up, a great indicator of how his day went! Definitely recommend her!!!

Ridgid is a very nice lady and my dog smelled really wonderful when I picked him up. but her shop was not clean and I was concerned about my dog catching some sickness or getting an infection after I left him there. I regretted leaving him, but he was fine. As nice as Bridgette is I wouldn't return.

Well I can say today I took the puppy to get doggie haircut. What a nightmare. To start off we dropped them off at 10:30 done past 6pm. Rusty hair was not, cut even by any sort of way, and very uneven. Daisy hair had bold spots and one of her toe nails was ripped in half and had to run to store to get some stuff to stop the bleeding. Alfred didn’t get a hair cut at all nails not cleaned. Honestly I don’t know if he even got his hair washed.When I finally got them all in the car Alfred had an accident in the car. I don’t know if she even took them out. Daisy was shaking and limping. Rusty was not a happy camper. Rusty looked at me what did they do to me. Ps don’t go to Brigittes Dog grooming. The worst part was I looked where people recommended to take there dogs. Don’t go there.

First time at this place and I would say DON'T GO TO THEM!!!! The house is very dirty and a mess!! Also smells very bad!! They told me to call back at 4 because it should be done so I did and then they told me not until 5:30. I went at 5:30 and waited for 50 mins and they were still not done. As I was watching they kept blocking my view so I couldn't even see how they were handling my pup, but when I was able to see they were gripping onto his neck and when I finally got my puppy he still smelled like poop and the shaved areas were very patchy and uneven and he was very scared after he came to me! They claimed that it took them a very long time to comb out his mats because there was so many but the funny thing is they shaved all those areas so what can they possibly comb if there was no more hair there? I am 100 percent sure they abused my pup! And when I tried to pet his head he flinched and was scared for his life! And the fact that they told me if it looks funny then just tell people I did it myself at home instead of their place is sketchy!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Super shocked and highly impressed! This is my first time today utilizing services with her. Found her on google.My dog name is Hershey :) she is a dachshund wire harried terrier and when I met brigette she had a nice warming personality , and was easy to speak with. Prices were reasonable and she didn’t over charge. She took her time to get to know Hershey. She even gave Hershey a pink bandana polka dot around her neck for decoration. & has doggy treats! I love this better then petco. Will be back 😏

Upon pulling up my anxiety hit as I felt like I walked into an episode of hoarders, my dog is a service animal and gave me every sign he can possibly give. She had some dog's in crates already and kennels stack to the ceiling. My dog is 100+ ponds and saw no way my dog can possibly get onto the table. Honestly seemed like a nice lady, but I'll trust my gut and my dogs signs. I'll pay a place who knows they have to stay cleaned like petsmart. I just took my dog outside and left. Going to get pup cups now.

Our geriatric dog was there for almost 13 hours and was stiff and scared when we picked her up. She went straight to her water dish when she got home and drained the whole thing, so I’m guessing she wasn’t given the basic necessities. Her cut was mediocre and not worth whatever she went through. The place was not clean and smelled of gasoline. I will not let my baby go back there. Really shocked and disappointed, considering all the rave reviews.

The appointment for our dog was at 9:30 AM. We were scheduled to pick him up at 2:00 PM. Around noon she remembered an appointment she had to go to at 1:00 so the scheduled time to pick our dog up changed to 3:00. We arrived to pick our dog up at 3 and knocked on her door, called her phone that went unanswered, and rang her doorbells (she has three) for 5 minutes before she yelled that she would have our dog ready in 10 minutes. We kept being told it would just be a few more minutes. At 4:40 she finally allowed us to reclaim our dog. It was a very distressing situation. After all of that, the haircut was awful, it is all uneven and she missed several spots. Horrible groomer, terrible experience, please take your beloved pups elsewhere.

Brigette was very nice, but our baby not only got dropped off at 10:30 AM but she said she was used to puppies, and I showed her pictures. We arrived at 1:30 pm like she said, and she would not let us in, but we could hear our puppies cries. She took a tone with my dog while we stood outside in the freezing cold, my tall boyfriend could see and hear in the garage door windows. My bf had a half hour to be at work and we insisted on taking our traumatized, wet, puppy at two pm. She said it was our puppy not cooperating and to call or bring the baby back tomorrow so she could finish. We will be more cautious in the future. She is all chopped up. Good luck for anyone who leaves their babies for five + hours.

She is amazing! We have a yorkie poo, and a Maltipoo and they turned out amazing, very fresh smelling and groomed so beautifully. Our little Maltipoo had little bows in her hair and the yorkie poo a bandanna when we picked them up. She is very good with the animals. We will be going back. Thank you Bridget!
