There were no lanes open to check out, only self check out. There were 2 ladies at self checkout. I asked her why they didn't have a regular checkout open and she said she was only concerned with self checkout. I said I was calling corporate office which I did. They were very surprised also. A man behind me asked where the checkout ladies were and I told him there weren't any. He said he was not going to do self checkout. This was at Winfield Walmart at 9AM on Valentines day.

My pick up order was missing several things this morning but Angie made it right and got everything for me tonight as soon as possible. one of the guys (I didn’t get his name) helped me carry it all to my car too. I never had anything missing in my order until now but the customer service was great. Thank you!!

90+ degrees out in the farthest reaches of the blacktop this is how the display sat. Nothing else around. After choosing purchases it's "oh that's a mistake, that price is for stuff that's not there". Bait and switch and should have honored the price.

For me , they move the items much to much. I like to find the things I buy on a regular basis , in the same place everytime, it saves me lots of time, that's very important to me , and I will never like the self check out. Feel like I'm working for Walmart when I have to self check.

I live halfway between the Winfield and Jasper Wal-Mart's. I prefer the Winfield Wal-Mart hands down. The store is stocked well lines are not nearly as long as Jasper. Usually in and out without any hold ups.

Still getting used to updated store layout but it seems spacier and cleaner. Folks are friendly and helpful. And that's not just the employees. Great selection. Need braunschweiger!!!!

My husband took a battery that we were sure was under warranty. The women at the customer service desk told him that it wasn't under any kind of warranty. Instead of arguing with her, we took the battery to the Hamilton location & and had Absolutely NO problem. The battery was under warranty & we got the new battery for free. So if he had just believed the women at customer service, we would've just spent our money on a new battery when we didn't have to. If you're going to work at Wal-Mart or anywhere, just do your job. She just outright lied to my husband. We will not be using Winfield walmart anymore. Hamilton walmart is better & the employees are always way nicer anyway. Do Better!!!

Just when you find what you are looking for they move it. No employee knows where anything is located. I asked an employee that was young where the tarps were located. He said he didn't know what a tarp was. He was working in the camping section. That is where they are located. But I love their grocery line. Always fresh veggies. They just need to retrain their employees.

Pharmacy personnel are always very courteous and helpful. Throughout the store in each department team members are often helpful with locating or pricing items👍👍

It's ok for the most part. But lots of times the shelves are bare. They could stepup there stocking procedures though. But the employees are really nice and go above and beyond if you ask for help . Management/specifically Angela are really top notch.

There may be long check out lines or self check out, which is my only choice, but walmart usually has the best price for the quality of most places. They have a large selection of items, not just groceries for one stop , especially when you're not in good health.

Have been ordering on the app and picking up groceries and it started out as a good service. Lately I have been getting items that are either expired or very close. I don't know if its intentional or they just don't care. In dealing with the current crop of employees, I'm guessing just don't care.

The lady who worked in Automotive was so nice. The power went out when we got there, but she wrote up our orders, and promised to have our car fixed ASAP...and she (plus 2 other workers) done an absolutely amazing job in a very short time. New tires on and oil change. Thank you all 3 for doing that for us so we didn't have to drive on bad tires any further!

Ok, if anyone saw this review just know that I'm revising it. I use to like this Walmart but ever since the start of the Pandemic things have gotten a bit off track. Can't go here at one peace. Use to be able to go here with peace and quiet. That all changed. I've visited this store quite often and for some reason it feels like bad luck always seems to find me. You've got some people that don't care and some that are looking to start something to try and get attention. What ever happened to decency and respect? Sure, makes me wonder. This is why I've got my trust issues. Walmart, I would advise you to be a little more aware if you see someone that looks suspicious or troubling. And for that reason I'm giving this Walmart a 3.5 out of 5.

There's one racist cashier that watched me thru the store. I preceeded to go to self check out avoiding her. She came to self check out to "just watch". After everything was already swiped she double check for no reason whatsoever. Nobody else is getting double checked. Why me? Nobody else is even getting watched. It was like all eyes on me.

I wish I could leave negative stars. I saw a tablet on sale on the app. It showed there were tablets "In Stock", NOT "Low Stock", NOT "Limited Stock", NOT "Out Of Stock". I went to get one and the girl said "Oh, we've been out of that tablet for two weeks. We haven't updated our inventory." TWO WEEKS??!! ........ and you haven't updated your inventory? SERIOUSLY??!! That's just lazy. It's REALLY the managers fault.......for hiring lazy people and condoning slothfulness. Someone needs to get everyone there off their butts.

They have all them employees in their but only 2 of them working the check out line's for cash customers and the self check out only takes card's half the time. Y'all really expect people to stand their for 15 to 30 minutes. I went to Dollar General and got checked out in less than 5 minutes and got everything I was going to buy at Wal-Mart

I always enjoy shopping at my Walmart in Jasper everyone is extremely friendly kindly and in Manner and and very helpful I enjoy using my over-the-counter card for my insurance company and my EBT as well as my own debit card in cash I've never had a bad experience in that store and I don't think I ever will thank you Walmart Jasper Alabama
