He and those he employs always wears a smile and ready to help the best they can. If he does not carry something he will do his best to get it for you just ask he may be able to order it.

Knowledgeable staff, helpful, friendly and honest. They really go the extra mile and their service department makes them stand out head and shoulders above the competition. Chuck is insanely patient with new hardware owners and all the questions a fellow can bring. The only time I've ever felt like an idiot in that shop is when I realized how much time and money I wasted with other dealers in the state.
